A wonderful summer vacation apartment that offers great services and lots of comfort.
This ground floor apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility, it is nestled in a quiet area among the trees and in the center of Moulleau which is a very popular area (Arcachon, France) and 5 minutes walk from the beach.
Only 40 minutes from Bordeaux airport, 55 minutes from Bordeaux city center, 5 minutes from the pier for Cap Ferret and also from all restaurants and shops.
Terrace and garden planted with more than 250 m2.
