The Robert region, located on the east coast of Robert in Martinique, is renowned for its exceptional marine landscapes and its bay dotted with numerous islets. This municipality offers a remarkable natural setting, with mangroves, white sandy bottoms and rich biodiversity. Robert is also a popular place for water sports activities and discovering Martinique's cultural heritage.



The location of this villa is a real asset: situated in a residential development, the villa boasts a large 1-hectare garden surrounded by trees and a beautiful swimming pool, whilst remaining close to shops and restaurants.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa can accommodate up to 10 travellers. It consists of a main villa that can accommodate up to 6 people as well as a small villa that can accommodate up to 4 people.



Upon arrival, you will discover the large living room with its armchairs, books and board games. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (electric hob, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine are also at your disposal.



The main villa consists of 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a queen size bed with a television and access to its private bathroom with WC

Bedroom 2: has a double bed (150/200)

Bedroom 3: has a queen size bed (160/200)



Another complete bathroom completes the main villa.



A few steps from the main villa, the small villa comprises a small living room and an equipped kitchen.

On the sleeping side, you will find 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 single beds that can be pushed together as well as their adjoining bathrooms. A large L-shaped terrace overlooking the garden welcomes a dining area for 4 people.



All rooms are air-conditioned. The rooms in the main villa have mosquito nets. For added comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

You will enjoy a beautiful terrace with a lounge and dining area, ideal for sharing moments together whilst enjoying the barbecue. The large salt-water pool secured by a submerged alarm and lined with sun loungers will be ideal for your relaxing afternoons. For added comfort, an outdoor shower beneath a large calabash tree is at your disposal.
