About this property

Contemporary renovated house with garden, quiet, 300 m from Miramar beach

T4 house of 65m2 duplex, completely renovated, tastefully furnished and new equipped with contemporary materials:

On the ground floor: living room with sofa / armchair and TV, DVD open onto a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, multifunction microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, ...) and dining area.

A bathroom (WC and walk-in shower). A heated outdoor shower.

Upstairs sleeps 6: 1 bedroom. main with 1 bed (160x200), 1 bedroom. with BZ sofa bed (140x200) and cabin area with window and 2 bunk beds (2x2pers), all fitted with cupboards to store your personal belongings. The upstairs windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Air conditioning optional.

The house is located in a quiet environment and has a private fenced garden of 200 m2 overlooking a large field of flowers where you can admire the sunset. The terrace is decorated with 4 sun loungers for relaxation and tanning and a table and 8 garden chairs for aperitifs and meals or grills. Outdoor sink, very practical in summer.

Garden shed: washing machine and dryer, second fridge / freezer, 2 adult mountain bikes and sand games available, charcoal barbecue, electric barbecue, plancha.

The house is equipped with WiFi which you can use for free.

A few meters from this residence, 2 private parking spaces are reserved for this house.

The house is located in La Londe Les Maures (Var), a town between Hyères and Le Lavandou facing the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.

Its location is ideal: 400 m from the Miramar sandy beach, the forum with restaurants / bars and shops, the marina with daily shuttles in summer for the islands, the coastal path that runs along the coves with turquoise waters (beaches Léoube, Estagnol, Cabasson ...) to the Fort de Brégançon, many cycle paths through vineyards and olive groves ...

The deposit of 500 EUR (refundable amount) is payable on arrival.

Towels, tea towels and bed linen (sheets / pillowcases) not provided but possibility to rent them from the Laverie des Isles at the Forum which is 300m from the house. Contact me for any useful information or consult their website.

Excellent location

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. It's close to the beach, in a neighborhood that seemed to be mostly vacation houses, so very relaxing, with mostly happy vacationers . By car, it was close to a lot of things; we took the ferry to Porquerolles Island, that was wonderful !

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt.Es befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, direkt am Feldrand und von der Terrasse aus kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen.Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und top ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts.Die zubuchbare Klimaanlage ist im Hochsommer ein absolutes Plus und nur empfehlenswert. Der Strand ist in 5 Fussminuten zu erreichen (breiter Sandstrand mit 2-3 Metern Steinchen am Anfang zum Wasser), ist überwacht und man findet immer einen Platz. Alles in allem ein toller Platz für einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub!

Wir haben herrliche Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus in la Londe les Maures verbracht. Es war alles genauso gut wie beschrieben. Extrem gut ausgestattet und eine herrliche Terrasse. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Der Strand ist sehr nahe und sehr schön. Viele Lokale zu Fuss erreichbar. Alles da für einen gelungenen Urlaub. Auch das Auto kann bequem aufgeladen werden.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastisch gelegenes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Wir haben einige wunderschöne Sommertage im Herbst verbracht. Das Haus ist äußerst gepflegt und top ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen und trotzdem alle Möglichkeiten. Ideal für Ausflüge in die fantastischen Umgebung, an die Strände, auf die Inseln. Perfekte Organisation und Kommunikation.

Schönes Reihenhäuschen in bester Lage zum Strand

Tolles sauberes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Die Ausstattung fanden wir wirklich top, vor allem in der Küche war praktisch alles vorhanden. Der eigene Parkplatz ist wenige Schritte entfernt. Im kleinen Supermarkt um die Ecke bekommt man im Zweifel alles. Tatsächlich 2-3 zu Fuß zum schönen und großzügigen Sandstrand. Warum noch keiner vermerkt hat dass ein Zimmer nur mit Vorhang anstatt Tür „verschlossen“ wird? Insgesamt etwas hochpreisig aber eine tolle Location. Kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Bei Ankunft auf dem Parkplatz wurden wir von Frau Ludy herzlich in Empfang genommen. Das Ferienhaus ist ganz genau wie beschrieben. Frau Ludy nahm sich Zeit uns die Unterkunft persönlich zu zeigen. Zu dem erhielten wir nützliche Tipps für die Umgebung und zu den Veranstaltungen. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist für alle Bedürfnisse eingerichtet. La Londe hat sehr schöne Strände und der Weg vom Haus zum Strand ist auch mit einem kleinen Kind gut zu bewältigen. Das Meer ist sauber und warm. Die Strände sind gut besucht, aber nicht extrem überfüllt. Der Urlaub war sehr schön und das Ferienhaus ist zu empfehlen.

Super schönes Haus und TOP Vermieter

Das Haus, die Lage und die Ausstattung war 100% wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Super Kontakt bei der Reservierung mit Frau Ludy und auch der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Der Strand und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen genauso wie eine große Auswahl an Restaurants im Hafen Miramar. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist super eingerichtet, mit allem was man benötigt. Hier merkt man, dass die Eigentümer das Haus auch selber nutzten. Toller Garten mit großer Terrasse. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere 3 Wochen sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder.

Très bon séjour chez Monika. Nous avons apprécié cette maison très fonctionnelle et le jardin agréable et sans vis-à-vis. La proximité à pied de la mer et des commerces est un vrai atout. La propriétaire a été disponible pour nos questions, merci encore à elle pour cette très belle semaine !

Nice, modern and well equipped house with a good location

The house is modern, has a good floor plan and find most things you need during a stay. To example coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Everything clean and tidy. The outdoor patio is like an extra living room in a good location, spacious with comfortable outside furniture. The house is located in a quiet area near the sandy beach and the harbor with excursion boats. The location also provides opportunities for excursions both along the coast and inland. Our holiday in the house and La Londe was really good and we can really recommend it!

Séjour reposant et toujours aussi ressourçant dans une maison bien équipée

Nous y venons depuis 5 ans chaque été et nous reviendrons l année prochaine. Les propriétaires cherchent toujours la satisfaction des Locataires. Un projet de clim à l étage est envisagé et ce serait parfait pour un sommeil encore plus récupérateur les jours de grosse chaleur.

Ein absolutes tolles uns liebevoll gestaltetes Häuschen

Wir haben (2 erwachsene- 1 Kind) die 14 Tage sehr genossen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Es ist super eingerichtet und dies nicht nur zweckmäßig, sondern sich schick. Der Aussenbereich ist liebevoll gestaltet. In La Londe selbst, haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an Fam. Ludy... für mich 5Sterne* da es genau wie in der Beschreibung war. Hier ist nichts verschönert und entspricht 1:1 dem vorgefundenen. Wer absolut entschleunigung sucht (wir waren außerhalb der Ferien) landet hier einen Volltreffer. La Londe selbst liegt geographisch super für kurz Ausflüge nach - le Lavandou/ Saint Tropez / Toulon.... ansonsten ist dort 100% relexen angesagt.DANKE FAMILIE LUDY

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille dans cette agréable maison qui correspond tout à fait aux photos et au descriptif! Il n'y a rien à redire, sauf des compliments! Cette maison est idéalement située (à moins de 5 minutes à pied des plages, pas de vis à vis, vue splendide sur les champs), au calme, propre et très bien équipée (il y a même 2 vélos adultes), on s'y sent comme à la maison. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer les propriétaires qui sont très accueillants. Nous sommes repartis reposés et espérons bien y revenir l'année prochaine! Merci à la famille LUDY!
