This 30 square meters apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator, fully air-conditioned, is the ideal place to charm you for your next vacation with friends or family. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed or trundle bed, equipped kitchenette, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, and separate toilet.

Un appartement très sale. Le mobilier vieux et usé. La literie épouvantable.La clé du parking très vielle s'est cassée quand nous avons voulu ouvrir la barre. L'agence nous demande un remboursement de 180 . L'agence ne s'est pas déplacée pour nous trouver une solution de parking ni même pour nous donner une autre clé.Nous déconseillons fortement ce logement et cette agence

Bonjour Madame, Nous sommes profondément surpris par la mauvaise foi de votre commentaire, qui déforme la réalité des faits. Pour nos futurs voyageurs, il est essentiel de rétablir la vérité : Le ménage : Vous omettez volontairement de mentionner que notre agence a immédiatement fait preuve de conciliation en acceptant de vous rembourser les frais de ménage suite à votre signalement. Le stop-parking : vous avez brisé la clé à l'intérieur même du barillet de l'arceau. Il s'agit d'une dégradation manifeste et non d'une simple usure. L'intervention obligatoire d'un serrurier a coûté 180 € TTC (facture à l'appui). Sans la moindre excuse de votre part, il est tout à fait normal et légal que ces frais de réparation soient réclamés au locataire responsable. Le logement et l'agence : Si le mobilier est de style classique, l'appartement est parfaitement fonctionnel et idéalement situé (proximité immédiate des plages, de la piscine et de Saint-Tropez). La satisfaction de nos clients est une réalité, comme le prouvent les excellentes notes de ce bien : 4,5/5 sur Airbnb et 8,3/10 sur Booking. Nous regrettons que ce litige financier vous pousse à dénigrer gratuitement notre travail et ce logement par pure animosité. Cordialement,

Séjour très agréable

Location très bien située, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour, entre la piscine de la résidence et l'accès à la plage, tout est super pour passer de bonnes vacances !
