About this property

"My Home", 2 rooms, not far from the beaches and in the historic center of Marsala

The house is fully furnished and equipped with all large and small appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, microwave, etc.). The 2 rooms are given to a single family (that is, the 2 rooms are not rented to different families unless not required by them). There are two heat pumps / air conditioners one in each room and a fan. The rooms have completely soundproof windows, so they are isolated from the street noise. It can accommodate up to four people.
The house is located in the historic center of Marsala so, any type of service (supermarkets, post offices, banks, places of cultural or archaeological) are within walking distance. The sea is about 200 meters and already there is a nice stretch for bathing. The beaches are about 5 km, reachable by car or bus.
A short distance away is the pier for the Egadi and a few km. To the Phoenician island of Mozia in the lagoon of the Lagoon, recently added by the FAI of the most beautiful places to visit. Accessible by car there is the medieval town of Mount Erice and the ruins of Segesta with its amphitheater.
The convenience of having all the services under the house and at the same time easy access to the sea and places of cultural interest, make this home the perfect place to combine a holiday by the sea to the night life of the city center between shows, music, numerous pizzerias or pubs.

Comodissima a due passi dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato io ed il mio compagno la settimana di ferragosto, ci siamo trovati nel complesso bene! La casa è adatta anche ad una famiglia di quattro persone tranquillamente! Ambiente familiare e accogliente. Comodissima al centro, tutto veramente a due passi, dal fornaio al locale serale, ma isolata da disordine e traffico. Parcheggio praticamente sotto la finestra della camera non a pagamento!!

I servizi offerti si sono confermati come da descrizione. L' appartamento era pulito ed è stato fondamentale il condizionatore in camera .Consiglierei l'immobile soprattutto per la vicinanza al centro e ai mezzi pubblici di trasporto, nel caso non si sia automuniti.

Appartamento corrispondente alla descrizione

L'appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, gli spazi interni sono grandi, puliti e in più è fornito di una terrazza da cui si può godere la brezza e il panorama che offre per rilassarsi. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, è vicino al centro storico di Marsala che si raggiunge con due passi, e vicino ai servizi pubblici (autobus cittadino, autostazione dei treni e bus) e fornito di tutti gli elettrodomestici per avere una bella vacanza. Grande cordialità e disponibilità da parte del proprietario. Lo consigliamo a chi vuole godere e girare questa parte della Sicilia e godere delle sue bellezze.

Appartamento Molto Buono

L'Appartamento è in una posizione strategica : dista 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Marsala e dal porto da cui partono i catamarani per le escursioni alle isole Egadi .Inoltre permette di raggiungere ,facilmente, in auto le importanti mete turistiche presenti sul territorio ( l'isola di Mozia , la Riserva dello Stagnone.,) Il titolare è una persona bravissima , sempre gentile e disponibile. La descrizione contenuta nell'inserzione si è dimostrata molto accurata e veritiera. L'appartamento comodo fino a quattro persone, è pulito e funzionale. Lo consiglierei ad un amico.

Sono lieto che nella prima recensione che ricevo si esprima un giudizio positivo sia sulla casa vacanze che sulla mia persona. D'altra parte, mi piace instaurare con gli ospiti un rapporto che va al di là di quello che può essere un rapporto tra affittuario e locatore e quasi sempre dopo qualche giorno si instaura un rapporto di amicizia.

I like cooking and I think I am good enough in preparing typical sicilian dishes. My wife is a teacher and she is very good in the kitchen. She can cook very delicious cakes and our guests often appreciate them.

Why they chose this property

The house is in the historical center of Marsala, so whatever kind of facilities (supermarkets, post offices, banks, sets of cultural or archaeological interest) are reachable on foot. The sea is at about 200 meters far and here it is possible having a bath on the fresh, clean and clear water of Mediterranean sea. Other beaches are at about 5 Km far from the town, attainable by car or by bus.
Not very far there is a jetty for the Egadi islands and at few Km. the dock for the Phoenician island of Mozia.
Reachable by car on the peak of the homonym mountain you can visit the medieval city of Erice and not very far the ruins of the ancient Segesta with its amphitheater.
In the night you can live the city life with its pubs, pizzerias, restaurants, cinemas or simply walking and then have an ice cream in one of the numerous ice cream parlours.
The house is well furnished of all you need for the everyday life.
The house in town lets you have all the facilities nearby and at the same time, the easy reachable sea and the places of cultural interest.
The house is in town, so what you need is all around you. You can simply walk to go to pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, etc...
