Beautiful new house (2019) with large master bedroom and master bath with shower and oversized bathtub with jacuzzi jets, glass-enclosed fireplace, wine fridge, double oven, 6 burner stove, 65-inch tv and 5 speaker audio, small deck. 30 minutes from New York city and 30 minutes from Newark International airport. The 166 bus into Port Authority NYC is a 5-minute walk away.

Notes:
- This house is available only for stays of 31 days or more.
- 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are available for tenants. An additional 3rd bedroom is locked and unoccupied.
- 2 cars can be accommodated in the driveway. The garage door is currently damaged and the garage cannot be used.

Home away from home

Fabulous house in convenient Palisade Park with all the comforta needed for a long term stay. Host was very responsive and supportive with any questions we had. The house has everything you need for a comfortable long term stay. Looking forward to staying again. Highly recommend!

Nice stay in Palisades Park

Peter's home is beautifully remodeled in a prime location of Palisades Park. Big kitchen and lots of space to relax. We enjoyed the deck as well. Large washing machine and dryer. Nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Our one compliant is that the house keepers did a terrible job cleaning the house. There were clumps of dust, hair, and even toenails left behind. We ended up doing a deep clean ourselves and Peter compensated us for that. Overall, we were grateful to have this house as ours was being renovated. Peter was very easy to work with and help address any question we had promptly between the overlapping hours between NJ and Hawaii where he resides. Thank you Peter!

Amazing Experience

We stayed at Peter's place in Koreatown. First I have to say that Peter is an amazing host. The entire apartment was immaculate and had all the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great with easy commute to NYC and close by shopping in Koreatown. It is a very quiet neighborhood and felt at home. I would highly recommend Peter's place for your next stay.
