Beautiful bright studio on Biarritz beach Miramar

Renovated studio of 25m2, very bright, on the 2nd floor of a villa ideally placed: next to the Miramar beach and the thalassotherapy center, the Saint Charles district and all its shops at 350m, the Palace Hotel , the big beach and the casino at 500m, the lighthouse at 600m. Free shuttle downtown, Basque beach and city of the ocean at the foot of the house.
2 sleeping areas can accommodate 4 people comfortably: a sleeping area with a double bed and large dressing room and another sleeping area with 2 folding beds to use the entire surface of the room during the day.
Fully equipped: kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 induction plates, oven / microwave, fridge and freezer, extractor hood. Bathroom with shower and towel dryer.
Are provided: Sheets, duvet cover, duvet, towels (towel and towel), towels.
Cleaning and concierge fees: 60 € to be handed over when the keys are handed over.
Deposit: check 300 € to be handed over when the key is handed over. Will not be cashed.

Joli studio pour 4 personnes maximum. Très pratique, propre et bien aménagé. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied et le centre ville à 10 minutes à pieds ou en navette. Accueil et départs sans soucis. Le contact est très sympathique et facile.

Lage des Appartements ist sehr gut, Kurze Wege an den Strand und ins Zentrum. Gute Ausstattung, allerdings insgesamt etwas beengt, wir waren zu dritt.

Tolle Lage - Strand perfekt - Parkplatz finden schwierig

Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Der tolle Stadtstrand und die Innenstadt liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da kein Parkplatz vorhanden ist, sucht man zu den Stoßzeiten länger. Mit vier Erwachsenen wird es eng, aber machbar.

vraiment au top, accueil de Fabienne super, très arrangeante tellement souriante. Appartement au calme et bien agencé avec toutes les équipements et linge de maison. Son emplacement au pied de la plage est vraiment bien, juste la route a traversée!!!!!! Tellement agréable de marcher le long de la plage pour rejoindre le centre ville en 5 min. Mention spéciale pour Fabienne qui nous a tellement bien conseillé pour notre séjour qui a toujours le sourire avec qui le courant est très bien passé!!!!! Je vous recommande vivement cette annonce ainsi que le propriétaire qui répond de suite a vos messages. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances.

Ce studio est très bien ! A proximité de tout ce qu’il faut. Plage à 5 min. Le centre ville de Biarritz à 10min à pied. Il est très bien agencé. Le gros bémol est le stationnement MAIS nous n’avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine donc une fois garée nous avons tout fait à pied ! Vraiment top. Et Fabienne est super !
