Walk to Tin City, 5th Avenue, Bayfront and numerous parks and trails. You are within a few miles of our beautiful beaches, captivating sunsets and 3rd Street's great restaurants and shops. This home offers beautiful finishes and a spacious master suit which includes a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. Your guests will enjoy their own private bath with a large room as well for ultimate comfort for everyone. Seasonal rental applications to HOA is required prior to occupancy. 180 days minimum rental.

We had an excellent extended stay at the condo! It was in a great location and close to everything. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with. My co worker didn’t want to leave! We will definitely stay again when in Naples!
