Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Location that can’t be beat at Seaside Heights. This 2nd floor unit (unit #2) of a 2 family house is beautifully renovated and is now available.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

*** Added Entertainment
Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix account.

*** Outdoor Space
Outdoor Space is shared (Ground Floor). Picnic tables, outdoor shower and Grills. Please clean after yourself after using the outdoor space and grill.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly installed central air conditioning and heating system with nest thermostat

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Front door security camera and electronic key-less lock for easy access.

*** Guest Access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with two assigned parking spaces (back to back parking). Street parking and paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Backyard is a shared space that includes outdoor bench and barbecue grills to enjoy with your friends and family. This space is shared with guests from 3 other units.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

Our second year staying at this incredible place and definitely won't be our last!! Jack, Joanne & Vivian run such a beautiful property. Everything is top notch - communication, cleanliness, parking, and easy access to the beach/boardwalk. This place was absolutely awesome-sauce. Location is PERFECT, they have the cutest patio and garden with flowers that you can tell they take care of. We got to check in a bit early and the hosts were super helpful and nice. It has such an homey feel and perfect views from the second floor unit. Even our downstairs neighbor who visits the property was great and comes back to visit yearly as we plan to do so as well!

Nice spot in a great location

I stayed in this apartment on a little beach trip with some friends. The apartment was exactly as pictured. It's very simple but very clean and comfortable. The location right next to the beach is fabulous. The outdoor space was very cute, and the washer-dryer in the building were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly like the pictures. Very nice, clean, and steps from the beach and boardwalk. We stayed at the start of the off season. It was a little colder at night. Recommend having extra blankets available. Other than that, everything was awesome.

great getaway!

We visited during the off season which made for a peaceful and enjoyable visit - literally less than a minute from the boardwalk, so location cannot be beat. The place itself is comfortable and well decorated. In the summer, it'd be a dream spot. For this Thanksgiving weekend, it was also a dream spot!

The location is amazing

We really loved our stay here!! My wife is a huge Jersey Shore TV show fan and wanted to check this place out when we were in Jersey for a funeral. Our last couple days we stayed here and the steps away to the board walk was perfect. The environment and cleanliness was great. The host were such nice people that the locals happen to know the family. So it was super awesome to connect with the locals. If you are heading to Jersey shore you have to give this place a stay we will definitely come back

What makes this property unique

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fee. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurant are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
