The house, on two floors, recently built and fully fenced, has ground floor of: patio, living room, large kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom. The upper floor consists of: two bedrooms with their large terraces (one double and one with 4 beds) and a bathroom with shower.
Ideal for families with small children, for rock climbers and those who like the peace and comfort at the same time.
Being totally fenced can accommodate dogs or other pets.
The house is about 3.5 km from Finalborgo (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy) and 4.5 km from the sea. Less than one hundred meters away is the bus stop to and from Finale Ligure or to the hinterland. And 'situated in front of one of the finest rock climbing in the Finale famous throughout Europe. Finale Ligure is also the capital of the outdoors and each year there are important mountain bike races, cyclocross, etc.
Finale offers many recreational opportunities, both for relaxing seaside holidays or relaxing and healthy walks on roads and trails that offer a lovely view. Along these outings you can visit caves and archaeological sites (the Plateau Manie, caves Verezzi, the famous Grotta delle Arene Candide), medieval churches and museums.

Nice and spacious villa, perfect for outdoor activities! Gated area as well, which was perfect to leave a camper. Not super fancy, it is being rented often and you can tell - notably we were glad we brought some sharp cooking knives - but it's way better than what we're used to for our climbing trips.Being in the valley meant it was easy to get into town and to all climbing areas quickly, including the one visible from the terrace, 30min by foot.Sadly the address in the listing is wrong, but the GPS location is right, so make sure to find the house using the GPS coordinates and navigate that way!Owner is friendly, and we did manage to communicate well in person, but not perfectly via messages - didn't matter too much for us luckily.Overall we'd be glad to stay here again the next time we come to Finale Ligure area!

Traumhaftes Grundstück, großes Haus, perfekt für sechs Personen

Das Haus und besonders das Grundstück sind perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Kindern und Hunden: Große Terrasse, Grill, Wiese, Zitronenbäume und alles eingezäunt. Die Nähe zum Klettergebiet Perti (30 Min. zu Fuß), war für uns auch super. Auch das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt zu sechst braucht, für mehr Erwachsene sind die Schlafmöglichkeiten eher unkomfortabel (klappriges Stockbett oder Matratzen auf den Boden im Wohnzimmer, das ein Durchgangszimmer zur Küche ist). Insgesamt könnte das Haus sauberer sein. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat uns überzeugt.

Haus zwischen den Orten

Das Objekt liegt nicht im Ort Calice sodern je nach Richtung kommend, liegt ca 2 km ausserhalb.Der Ort ist gehtechnisch nur über die Strasse erreichbar.und abends sollte man ein Licht mitführen. Calice ist ein sehr kleiner aber hemütlicher Ort mit zwei Bars sowie Supermarkten. Das Meer ist via Auto ca 20 min. Entfernt.

Mooi en ruim huis en terrein

We hebben genoten van het huis. Ondanks dat het niet erg schoon was, is het heerlijk ruim. Ook het omheinde terrein, waar onze hond heerlijk rond kon lopen, is zeer ruim. Doordat er veel hondenbezitters in de buurt wonen hoor je regelmatig geblaf. En ook de kippen en de (snel)weg zijn hoorbaar, maar dit went snel. Vanuit het huis zijn er veel leuke bezoeken te doen aan stranden, grotten, kerken en kastelen. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar als er iets is. Kortom: een mooie plek om naartoe te gaan!

Nette und unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für einen Kletterurlaub. Man hört und sieht allerdings die nahe Autobahnbrücke. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Mit 4 Leuten und Hund hatte man mehr als genug Platz in dem großen Haus mit mehreren Terrassen und großem Garten.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, der große eingezäunte Garten ein Traum, vor allem mit Hund. Viele interessante Orte, Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Riviera sind in der Nähe. Einziger Wermutstropfen: das Foto mit dem Meerblick vom Haus aus- das wurde woanders gemacht.

Tolle Woche gehabt

Tolles großes Haus mit Allem was das Herz wünscht. Der Hund konnte im Garten springen und wir auf der Terrasse grillen. Zwei Stockwerke und jedes Zimmer mit einer Terrasse, damit sich jeder mal zurück ziehen kann, also viel Freiraum für alles Gäste. Die Küche ist funktional und die Ausstattung reicht. Toll ist die Lage, welche mit kurzen Fahrtstrecken tolle Ziele für Ausflüge bietet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Großes Haus auf riesigem Grundstück

Wir haben unsere Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, das Haus liegt abseits größerer Wohngebiete, die nahe Autobahn ist kaum zu hören. Das Haus ist Groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Hausbesitzer hat uns persönlich empfangen und eine Flasche örtlicher Wein geschenkt. Es war alles super, der einzige Kritikpunkt is die Sauberkeit, hier besteht noch Nachholbedarf.
