Typical local house in Fuerteventura. Sun and relax

Lovely typical majorera house, built more than 200 years ago, with a lot of charm, but fully restored to enjoy all the comforts. Located in the town of El Time, very close to Puerto del Rosario. It has a room, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace with a small barbecue, a garden and a parking area. The house is located in the countryside, in a quiet village of El Time, 10 minutes from Puerto del Rosario.
There is a big garden for walking and enjoy the views, with a pleasant arbour if you want to seat with a wineglass and forgot the noise, no rush, no stress, no hurry.
El Time is a very quiet village located less than 10 minutes drive from Puerto del Rosario, capital city of Fuerteventura, with all services (banks, supermarket, restaurants, etc..), 20 min. from the airport, 20 minutes from Dunas of Corralejo an 80 minutes from Jandia Beaches.
El Time is away from mass tourism. It's a good location for outing to great beaches in the north or the south of the island, or make excursions (ex: to Lanzarote Island, only 20 min. to Corralejo and take a ferry of 20 min. ), or hiking if you prefer it.
Public transport is limited, so a car would be essential.

We loved staying in this cozy little house. It's in a quiet, beautiful location and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was being visited by several friendly neighborhood cats – such a lovely surprise!

Beautiful old house in a central location for exploring

We stayed for 2 weeks in October/November and wend walking every day in different parts of Fuerteventura, and found lovely places to swim safely at the end of each day. The local bar in Tetir is very nice.

Back for a third time

A great place to get away from it all. Perfect for two. Though the wobbly table on the patio could do with replacing, and perhaps it's time for a bigger TV.

My wife and I have just returned from a six week stay and we had a very good holiday. The house is very well equipped. There is a high level of security as the grounds can only be accessed via an electric gate system. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the living room is huge. Whilst there is a table and chairs outdoors, there is also a dining area within the living room for cooler evenings. The house is a little dark inside with a quirky layout, but has lots of character and is in a peaceful location. A couple of things worth mentioning. Upon arrival we were greeted by a number of very persistent cats who were trying to get into the house. During our first week they continually sat on the outside furnishings and begged for food at the doors. This was a problem for me as I am allergic to pet hairs. However, the problem was solved when I bought a water pistol. A big problem is the number of flies at the property, probably due to the greenery in the garden. Although fly swats and repellent were on hand at the property, we were constantly having to swat them whilst seated outside. It was also impossible to keep them out of the house. The property is quite a bit above sea level and the temperature is noticeably lower than on the coast.We had a couple of problems during our stay but Ana, the owner, was easy to contact annd was very quick to respond and sort the problems outI think that the positives far outweigh the negatives and we enjoyed our stay

Back again

Nice to be back again in this quiet bungalow with secure parking and the owners close by to help with any problems. A car here is essential, as the nearest restaurant is a 5 minute drive away, and nearest supermarket a 12 minute drive away. But the location is central for northern towns, villages and beaches.

Very calm and charming place

We had a wonderful stay at the old House in El time. It ist a quiet place and we had so al Lot of space outside. The place has everything there to enjoy a Holiday. Ana was helpful and stayed in contact Till we got there although our flight was 6 hours late. We would recommend to the place to people who are looking for a Holiday Close to Nature and appart from the tourism Centers. A Car ist needed. We Like to come Back Alexandra an Diego

Perfect house for two people.

The location of the property is ideally located for exploring the whole island. You have your peace and quiet, but you are still in the capital quite quickly. But a car is definitely needed.The house is a bit old-fashioned, but harmoniously decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, stove, oven and washing machine. Pots, pans and dishes are also sufficiently available.The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a hairdryer.The bedroom has a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a mirror and a large, comfortable double bed. A small TV is also available.The seating set in the living room is already a bit worn, but still comfortable. The large TV is a smart TV so you can also watch Netflix or Prime Video through it. There is also a dining table with chairs in case you don't want to eat on the large terrace.The outdoor area is really large with some palm trees, pomegranate trees, a covered terrace and private parking. From there you can even see the sea. There are also two sun loungers and a barbecue. Unfortunately, the table is a bit wobbly and needs to be repaired.In the immediate vicinity there are some cats, dogs and a donkey, but that was not disturbing at all.The landlady Ana Isabel was not directly on site, but has always responded quickly. And she also sent a very detailed description of how to get there in advance. You could practically not get lost :-).In summary a great price-perfomance Ratio.

Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig und gut beschützt in einem abgeschlossenen Areal. Man konnte die Terrasse dank der Überdachung gut genießen und hatte immer Gesellschaft von lieben Katzen. Die Dusche hat uns besonders gefallen, sehr groß und bodentief. Dank der kleinen Radiatoren und Heizlüfter hatten wir es auch immer kuschelig im Haus.

Uriges Landhaus mit tollem Garten

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Haus und Garten sind außergewöhlich für Fuerteventura. Pflanzen ringsum: Araukarien, Palme, Oleander und Boogainvillean etc.. Das alte Landhaus ist topp gepflegt, hat eine großzügige, überdachte Terrasse und drinnen ist es im Sommer angenehm. Es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht vor Ort (Küche, Bad, Wäsche). Ana Isabel ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar (WhatApp). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

L'annonce correspond à ce dont nous avons trouvé. A noter que le mobilier est un peu vieillot et qu'il y a pas mal de chats dans le jardin. A titre personnel, je regrette le manque de relation humaine avec la propriétaire même si la communication par mail ou WhatsApp a été parfaite.

We enjoyed our holiday in Ana,s house. All the things we needed where there. Quiet place, not crowded, beautiful view from the terras. Perfect for us. Not far from Airport, beaches and shops. You need a car. We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Ana,s huis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Rustige plek, niet toeristisch, mooi uitzicht. Niet ver van de luchthaven, stranden en winkels. We highly recomment this place if you want to enjoy a house in a local area. Topunterkunft

Das Haus in Toplage für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert (mit PKW). Umgeben von Bäumen und mit windgeschützter Terrasse fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Die Inneneinrichtung des renovierten, 200 Jahre alten Hauses, hat einen leicht musealen Charakter und die Vermieterin, Ana Isabel, hilft bei jedem Problem. Alles wunderbar!

Kleines ruhiges Haus

Die Kommunikation mit Ana war sehr gut, es gab die wichtigsten Infos vorab und wir wussten, wie das Tor zu bedienen ist, um auf das Grundstück zu gelangen. Das Haus ist nicht groß, aber ausreichend. Wir haben das Wohnzimmer nicht genutzt, sondern stattdessen die üppige Terrasse. Diese schützt auch ein wenig vor Wind und ist teilüberdacht, super auch zum Grillen. Warmwasser funktioniert exzellent. Zu den Supermärkten sind es ca. 12 Minuten Autofahrt. Für jegliche Aktionen haben wir das Auto genutzt, da vor Ort nicht wirklich viel zu sehen und zu machen ist.

Eine ruhige Oase im Norden der Insel

Wir mögen es im Urlaub gern ruhig und gemütlich, und dieses schöne, gut ausgestattete Häuschen im kanarischen Stil hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hat auf unsere Anfragen bzw. Wünsche umgehend und hilfsbereit reagiert.
