Family Perigord Villa

Located in a small village 40km from Périgueux, you will appreciate our traditional Périgord house for its peaceful location. It is a comfortable accommodation located near famous tourist sites: Hautefort castle, medicine museum, Lascaux cave. Possible around: horse riding, fishing, hot air balloon ride, canoeing ..... All shops 10 minutes by car (supermarket, stationery, pharmacy ....) It is an ideal accommodation for families: calm, green space, tranquility .....


Housing

- a large living room of 60 m2 with fireplace, TV, DVD player, living room, large dining table
- equipped kitchen: gas and electric hob, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, toaster, fryer.
- bathroom: sink, bathtub, bidet, washing machine, hair dryer
- 3 bedrooms: 1 with large double bed (140x190cm), 1 with 2 beds (140x190cm + 120x190cm), 1 with 90 cm bunk bed + pull-out bed, baby equipment can be made available on request.
- outside: at the closed, shaded front yard, parking, at the back large terrace with roller blind, 2 garden furniture, 5x10m swimming pool with deckchairs, barbecue, large plot of 2000m2

Travelers access

Access to all of the accommodation as well as the exteriors: closed front yard with parking possibility, then at the back large terrace, 2000m2 of land with 5x10m swimming pool.
Please note that our swimming pool is treated with sea salt.
