New house of 105 m2 of full foot that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
Located in Les Sables Vignier, between sea and vineyards, "Les Coquettes" allows you to enjoy many bike rides and a beautiful beach nearby.
The house consists of a large living room facing south with a seating area and a pellet stove that makes it very pleasant all year. This very bright room thanks to its two large windows opens onto a terrace and a fully enclosed patio, without vis-Ă -vis.
Night side, 3 spacious bedrooms with new bedding:
- A master bedroom (bed 160) with an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet
- A second bedroom (bed 140)
- A third room for children with two bunk beds and a trundle bed.
A second bathroom with bathtub.
A separate toilet.
Contemporary furniture with all the comforts of a modern home: Wifi, flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, coffee maker with filter and capsule, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.
Child equipment: a high chair, a plastic bathtub.
Garden furniture: large table, chairs, deck chairs, sunshades, barbecue.
In front of the house you have a private parking.

7 night minimum rental from Saturday to Saturday.

In season you will find:
- 600 m towards la CotiniĂšre: a mini market, a restaurant and all year round a distributor and a SPA.
- 600 m towards Domino: a small supermarket and a bike rental.
- 10 minutes from the Domino market.
On foot or by car you can enjoy 1 km from a beautiful beach with an ideal part for fishing on foot and a beautiful bay for swimming both at low tide and high tide. From Easter to All Saints' Day, on the way you will find a nice restaurant where you can pick up pizzas to take away. Adjacent to this restaurant a bar organizes evenings during the summer season.
Off season, 10 minutes by car you will find a market in Chéray and all the shops in Saint Pierre d'Oléron.

Come relax at the ocean and enjoy beautiful bike rides to discover the different beaches of the island (surfing, swimming, fishing on foot), its salt marshes, its heritage (lighthouse Chassiron, villages traditional ...) and its gastronomy (oysters, éclade, pineau ...) or simply farnienter. The island of Oléron will seduce you.

Wir als Familie hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Von außen wirkt das Haus von Straßenseite her eher unscheinbar, aber von innen ist es eine sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtete Wohnung inkl ruhiger gerĂ€umiger Terrasse, alles vor kurzem renoviert. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung (KĂŒche, BĂ€der, Terrasse, etc) ist top. Die Vermieter und Vermietungsagentur waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles lief problemlos in der gesamten Abwicklung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Strand war in der NĂ€he und fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen.

Petit bemol : La petite chambre qui donne sur le salon n'est pas terrible, elle n'a pas de fenĂȘtre, juste un velux, c'est un peu oppressant.
