Facing Mont Blanc, facing south, return to the chalet by ski possible.
Only 200m from the start of the Prarion gondola and the ESF (ski school and daycare), large modern chalet facing Mont Blanc. Our chalet is of recent construction, it has a beautiful view on the mountain which you will enjoy thanks to its large glass surface. View of the Aiguille Verte at Mont Blanc!

The chalet can accommodate up to 14 people, it is composed of:
* 5 double bedrooms each with its own bathroom with shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.
* 4-bed dormitory with adjoining bathroom
* a games room with television and table football.
* Large living room and dining room with open kitchen with central island (3 ovens and 2 dishwashers).
* Sauna with shower.
* Ski room with dry shoes and gloves.
* Large terrace
* 4 parking spaces.

This is a beautifully designed and build Chalet right in Les Houches next to the gondola. The chalet is immaculate and well appointed and just a beautiful location.

Great house, great location!

Very well appointed luxury chalet with a great layout and great location, within walking distance of the ski slopes below one of the gondolas. Spectacular views from all angles and the house has all the possible amneties that one can think of.

Gorgeous Chalet

The chalet is gorgeous—nicely appointed kitchen, living area is beautiful, dorm room and game room are well designed, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are comfortable and balanced well for a large group of friends/family. Communication was easy and the kids loved sledding and playing in the backyard. Joelle was a responsive host, the place was clean and the views are lovely!

Amazing chalet in a mountain paradise!

We lived absolutely everything about this incredible house - the views, the modern decor, the layout, the enormous deck, the location. The home is gorgeous and is in the middle of the single most beautiful place we have ever seen - mount blanc! Every age will love it. The only thing is that it can get very hot in the summer and the house does not have air conditioning or fans. It was a little hard to sleep some nights with the heat but the view in the morning was well worth it!

Usually during the hottest season, it is enough to close the curtains during the day and open the windows in the early evening to sufficiently cool the rooms. If we were to experience such hot summers again, we would consider installing air conditioning in the south-facing rooms. Avec mes frère et soeurs (tous dans la 50aine) et notre maman de 87 ans, nous avons passé un formidable séjour. Lors de la réservation, les propriétaires Joelle et Jean-Marc ont été très rapides à me répondre et courtois. Elodie nous a accueillie puis est passée 2 fois durant le séjour, facilitant la gestion du chalet. Le chalet en lui-même est d'un confort remarquable: très bonne literie, chambres bien proportionnées et agréables, et surtout la grande pièce de vie est remarquable, conforme aux photos. Escogimos esta propiedad para pasar Navidad y de verdad superó nuestras expectativas. El lugar es más lindo que en las fotos. Toda la decoración es impecable; la vista es preciosa y las pistas de Ski están a 200 metros. La cocina está totalmente equipada y se nota que han pensado en todos los detalles. No tenemos ninguna objeción, Carla fue muy amable al recibirnos y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. Lo recomiendo totalmente y nos encantaría regresar! Chalet sublime au pied du Mont blanc

Ce chalet est exceptionnel. Nous avons passé 10 jours aux Houches en août. C’est la première fois que nous venons dans la vallée de Chamonix et nous avons particulièrement apprécié être au calme aux Houches. L’intérieur du chalet est digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. Il ne manque rien et tout l’équipement est top qualité. La propriétaire ainsi que la concierge ont été extrêmement réactives à nos questions tout au long du séjour. Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique en famille. Nous cherchions un endroit safe pour réunir les grands et les petits au sortir du COVID et nous ne pouvions pas tomber mieux.
