Less than 600 m from La Baule beach.
Le Garden tennis club and Aquabaule swimming pool within 500 m. Golf de la Baule 6 km away.

Charming house with neat decoration of 4 bedrooms and fully equipped (TV, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 1 baby bed, high chair, baby bath, barbecue).
2 bikes available (one adult bike, one teen bike).

Main house comprising on the ground floor living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with WC,
Upstairs a bedroom with two single beds and its bathroom and WC. This room has direct access to the garden.
Annex opening onto the garden-terrace including two bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) separated by a library lounge, a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.

Vacances entre amis et en famille

La maison de Sophie est très très agréable à vivre , un extérieur sans vis sans vis pour déjeuner et dîner. L'annexe est un vrai plus pour accueillir des amis . La situation de la maison permet de tout faire à pied , à vélo...plage, marché, commerces, gare . Nous recommandons fortement .

Une maison de caractère pour toute la famille

Nous y venons tous les ans avec le même plaisir. Havre de paix et à proximité des principales activités : plage, piscine, centre ville, commerces, gare et marché. La dépendance permet d'accueillir les grands enfants en toute autonomie et intimité. Le jardin est l'espace de vie faisant le lien avec les deux bâtiments : c'est très appréciable ! Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location !

Excellent séjour dans une superbe maison

La maison de Sophie est parfaite: elle est très bien située (proche de la plage, et tout se fait à pieds), et la disposition en deux parties (maison principale + annexe) est idéale. Le jardin est agréable; la cuisine ouvre sur le jardin ce qui est très pratique pour déjeuner/diner en terrasse. Sophie est très arrangeante et a tout fait pour que nos deux semaines se déroulent au mieux. Bref nous avons passé un excellent séjour! Je recommande totalement!

Superbe séjour dans maison de charme

Nous avons énormément apprécié la maison pleine de charme, très spacieuse et bien équipée. Le jardin est très bien exposé et nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur Un excellent emplacement près de la plage, du centre et du marché et du tennis permet de profiter de tous les charmes de la Baule.

Comme à la maison !

Très bonne prestation (accueil, propreté, matériel mis à disposition, linge de maison, ...). Maison avec du charme, spacieuse, terrasse très agréable et bien ensoleillée. Bien localisée, tout à portée de vélo ou à pied. Un plus : la maisonnette indépendante avec 2 chambre, salon de lecture et salle de bain wc ; idéal comme coin ado !
