DESCRIPTION:
Rent studio for 4 people of 25 m2 + balcony in quiet residence in the town of Lans en Vercors. On the first floor in a small building with a south-facing balcony.


SITUATION:
Residence CHENEVARIE building Les Ramées, 5 minutes drive from downtown Lans en Vercors, 15 minutes from Villard de Lans, 30 minutes from Grenoble and 1 hour 30 minutes from Valence.


STUDIO:
- Open equipped kitchen including electric hob, microwave and fridge.
- Equipment available: fondue set, raclette set, flat screen television,
- Baby equipment on request: cot, high chair and baby bath.

- In the main room:
- 1 sleeping (sofa click / clac size 130 x 190) with mattress protector, duvet and pillows for 2 people
- 2 beds (bunk beds size 80 x 190) with mattress protector, duvet and pillows for 2 people

- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet

Le studio est bien agencĂ© et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Le chauffage est performant. Mais pour un sĂ©jour en hiver, on est loin des pistes et le systĂšme de local Ă  skis dans un autre bĂątiment ne facilite pas l’organisation. Le mĂ©nage est fait par les locataires seulement, ce qui est loin de garantir une propretĂ© suffisante. Les couchages, astucieux pour gagner de la place mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre renouvelĂ©s. Enfin, attention Ă  l’isolation phonique si vous venez avec des enfants.on entend toute la vie du studio d’à cĂŽtĂ© !

Gros problÚme de propreté

Logement dont l'état général de propreté laisse beaucoup à désirer. Nous avons du faire le ménage à notre arrivée. Denrées périmées (moisissures) dans le réfrigérateur. Vaisselle, cafetiÚre et literie étaient sales (draps usagés et couette avec des traces suspectes. Nous n'avons pas pu rester dans le logement. TrÚs déçus, nous attendons le remboursement du loueur conformément à son engagement.
