The space is exquisitely designed with the comfort of the guest as its focus. It is spacious and has a kitchen that has more counter space than most kitchens. There is a 50 inch flat screen smart tv in the living room area, where one can sit and relax and watch Netflix. There is also a tv in the bedroom where guest can enjoy Cable Tv. Guests can either admire the wonderful city view or look at the magnificent architectural design of the beautiful houses in the community. Additionally there is a small garden area exclusive to the apartment. The apartment is centrally located in a well developed community but offers the setting of a retreat based on its hillside location.

Visitors must be comfortable walking down one flight of stairs.
There is mesh at the windows to prevent insects and mosquitoes entering the property. The flat is cool when windows are open.

The bedroom has a standing fan. The cool breeze from the bay window in the bedroom is refreshing, most guest don't use the fan at nights.

The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and shoes.

There is free access to wifi and cable tv in the bedroom.

The flat also has its own drive way which can accommodate one car. There is other parking facilities available on the property, if additional parking is needed, please indicate so I can indicate availability.

The guests have their own entrance. Guests can come and go as they please.

The front gate and garden areas are the only facilities shared with permanent residents and other renters who live in the upstairs apartments.
