Frame mission a few months or holiday, or newcomer to the region, you will feel at home in this beautiful house secure, tastefully and completely renovated, very bright.
Ideally located in the center of Libourne, close to shops and the covered market, close to the quays and the pedestrian street. You are 5 minutes from the train station, 25 daily departures for Bordeaux (30 minutes), also served by the LGV, Paris 2h44 .... and a few minutes by bike from the vineyards of Saint-Emilion and Pomerol.
The house, consists of a very large garage, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office area, a bedroom with its bathroom, a double bed 140x200 and wc.
The living room is composed, 2 chairs several small table furniture, carpet, office area.
Household equipment: fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery) etc ..., washing machine, towels and house provided.
Maintenance equipment (iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.) available. Multimedia equipment: TV, plus box free and free wifi. going on vacation

Pleasant and Convenient House

Nice house in a nice location. Just steps to the massive Sunday market. We enjoyed meeting owner Sylvie. We would recommend letting prospective visitors know about the narrow circular stairway up to living quarters. Some older or disabled folks (or anyone with large luggage) will find the climb a challenge. Also, bring your own toilet paper, hand soap and dish-washing soap.

Fantastic position

Only a step away from everything in Libourne Great little place for a couple. Old spiral wooden staircase to living section so no good for older people. Kitchen well equipped. Washing machine I garage. Outside really not great but can put washing out there to dry Great communication with host.

Lovely little townhouse.

We had a great week in the flat, centrally located for touring the wine region and visiting Bordeaux. The flat is fully equipped for all your needs and wants for nothing. The weather was unseasonably hot for the time of year we rented and would have appreciated a fan which we understand the owner has now purchased. We appreciated the secure parking of the garage coupled with the limited parking outside. The owner quickly replied to my enquiries and would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Location agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour deux personnes. Située en plein centre-ville à deux pas des commerces, marché, restaurants. Le grand plus est la mise à disposition d’un garage au rez-de-chaussée.
