Immaculate 6 month restoration by award winning hosts for their historic preservation efforts of the iconic North Park Theatre and Ulrichs, Buffalo’s oldest tavern. This home is massive with amazing architectural detail perfectly situated in the Elmwood Village on Richmond Avenue within walking distance of Buffalo’s finest restaurants, one of Buffalo’s oldest taverns. Authentic furnishings from the period with Brunswick billiard room, 2 sitting rooms, spectacular foyer and new baths. Meticulously restored from top to bottom. When you walk through the doors of the “wattle house” you are truly stepping back in time. This house is ideal for wedding and large groups. Not to be used for large parties.
