Happy Ours Bay Cottage is a renovated 1940's 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1800 sq. ft. house. Inside guests will find a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Located in the living room is a 55" Roku Smart TV. All of the bedrooms offer cozy queen size beds be sure to put the right amount of guests so we know how many to make up for rest as well as 32" Roku Smart TVs, to enjoy your favorite shows. We have a back porch and screened in patio for guests to use also. This location is equipped with an outside Ring System on the front that just sees when people come and go.

EditWe have our own semi private beach at the end of the street! 22 miles to Dauphin Island and 10 to downtown! You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes or drive in 1 !This newly renovated 1940s 3/2 Coastal/ Botanical retreat sits just a ten minute stroll from Dog River Bridge and Mobile Bay and The Mariner. Three queen size beds and a 32" flatscreen in each bedroom and a 55" flatscreen in the living room all 4K ROKU SMARTTV's wall mounted and brand new!Take a bike ride or kayak!!!

Enough space for the whole family!

It was a short drive to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood! We enjoyed the screened in patio and the privacy!

Amazing.

I was actually at another one of the owners homes, and it was pretty much perfect. There was a bit of an error at first that was quickly resolved and my trip ended up being better than I expected. We had so much fun.
