Stunning Setting

Ideal location in the foothills of the Alps with breath taking views. The property is a little dated but clean and comfortable with all amenities available and as advertised. M. Minson was incredibly helpful and left clear instructions for access. Fantastic value for money.

Ruim huis geschikt voor actief gezin met oudere kinderen

Ruim huis met de noodzakelijkste benodigdheden. Goede terugvalbasis na een actieve dag in de prachtige omgeving. We hebben genoten van de mooie natuur. Voor jonge kinderen is de directe omgeving en tuin minder geschikt. Contact met de eigenaar is prima verlopen.

Smukt område, smalle veje, goft ældte hud

En ældre bolig, men var ren og hyggelig at bo i, der er det der skal være i et hus, et hus i 2 etager, 2 værelser ovenpå, et badeværelse, og et lile toilet ved siden af, vi kom til at mangle toilet papir den sidste dag, så var ude og købe noget, neden under er der stue og køkken og lille toilet. rigtig søde naboer, og flot udsigt, var lidt svært at finde adr. Da vi kom sent om aftenen pga bilproblemer, og da jeg havde forkert adr, men med hjælp fra nabo fandt vi det og flyttede ind. Værten var hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål, og klar til at hjælpe hvis vi havde brug for der. Selve Saint Firmin, er en lille, men meget charmerende by og folk var meget søde, de har en meget god bager og restaurent samt en lille købmand, samt udendørs svæmmebad, der kommer også foodtruck et par gange i ugen. Byen ligger i nationalparken Ecrins, og er midt i bjerget terræn, med mange smukke bjerge, søer, vandfald, og meget mere. Vi har haft en rigtig god og hyggelig ferie med mange gode minder.

St firmin en valgaudemar

Bien situé pour visiter la région et faire de belles randonnées par contre le ménage n'était pas fait. Les matelas ne sont pas au top et l'intérieur est un peu vieillot. Besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement. Le jardin est idéal avec de jeunes enfants. Séjour sympa en famille.

La localisation dans le village est un +, tous les commerces de 1ère nécessité y sont présents. Le logement est bien équipé et la literie est excellente. Aux portes des Ecrins, logement bien situé pour de nombreuses activités d'été à proximité.

Une maison encore en travaux, louable, certe, mais à moitié du tarif demandé. Literie tres moyenne quant aux matelas, 2 chambres seulement pour 7 personnes et des oreillers hors d'usage. Le voisin etant là pour depanner, aider aurait tendance à s'imposer quant au stationnement des voitures.

Séjour très agréable dans un cadre magnifique

Maison agréable et suffisamment spacieuse pour nous accueillir avec nos quatre enfants. Le village de saint Firmin est très joli, le cadre magnifique. Le propriétaire n'est pas sur place mais il est facilement joignable et très réactif. Une jeune femme nous a gentiment accueillis sur place. Nous recommandons pour des vacances au calme et en famille.

Logement très propre et confortable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré le mauvais temps. Mr Minson est bien à l'écoute. Le logement est très propre et ne manque de rien juste un peu sombre... Le jardin n'est pas attenant mais juste en face de la maison. La photo avec l'avancée représente bien l'entrée mais la photo de la maison avec pierre et bois et escalier n'a rien à voir dutout. Nous avons été un peu déçu !! Le village est très agréable avec son restaurant où l'on a bien mangé et sa petite épicerie super bien achalandée et bio. En environnement magnifique.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme dans un gite agréable et bien équipé. Nous avons bien apprécié le petit jardin ombragé ainsi que la proximité du centre du village ou il est possible d'aller faire ses courses à pied.

Un village accueillant avec de nombreuses activités pour les enfants: piscine, randonnées faciles ou pas, plan d'eau, peu de circulation dans le village entouré de hauts sommets dont le Ban du Peyron (2770 m) sur la photo, en bordure du massif des Ecrins, épicerie bio, boulangerie, voisinage accueillant. A conseiller aux familles.

Agréable maison à Saint Firmin, très fonctionnelle , avec un petit jardin permettant de prendre les repas par beau temps à l'extérieur,... à proximité de commerces, ...de départ pour de belles randonnées dans le Valgodemard ...location excellente à conseiller .
