In the heart of the southern Ardèche, we offer a spacious house for 6 people maximum with all the necessary interior comfort and a quiet outdoor space with private pool.
You have full use of the swimming pool and its rest area with deckchair, two shaded terraces, a BBQ area and pizza oven. The whole is not overlooked, facing the vineyards, quiet.
The house is at your disposal with: 1 fully equipped kitchen in the DRC (American fridge, cooking piano, dishwasher) open to the living room, a bathroom with separate WC, a laundry room with washing machine , a closed garage. Upstairs, you have 3 large bedrooms (1 bed 160 + 1 bed 140 + 2 bunk beds), a bathroom, a WC, a living room, a small living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom sport.
You are close to the major sites of the Ardèche du Sud (Pont d'Arc cave, Aven d'Orgnac, the village of Antraigues), river bathing places and picturesque Ardèche villages (Labeaume, Balazuc, Largentière ...). Many sports activities to do with friends or family.
Possibility of end of stay cleaning on request.
