Enjoy our large well maintained Cape Cod style home. Just steps away from a private neighborhood beach on Cape Cod Bay, on a dead-end street. Beautifully landscaped yard and gardens, large deck with a view of the Cape Cod Bay sunsets. And the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is just up the street.
4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full baths, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, washer & dryer, wireless internet, cable TV, air conditioning. Sleeps up to 14.

**PLEASE NOTE: Sheets & towels are not provided, but are available for an additional fee.

Summer rentals run Saturday through Saturday.

Wonderful house and Amazing Beach

This was the perfect place for a 3-generation family vacation! The short walk to the wonderful beach made for a mostly car-free stay. We would definitely love to come again!

Perfect Cape Cod getaway!!

We had 12 adults staying here with plenty of space. The location is perfect for the beach and minutes away from Ocean Edge Resort!! They house is well equipped with all kitchen essential and very clean!! Great stay will be back

Great place, great location.

We loved the place! It took us a while to find the master suite, so we thought the listing was incorrect, but this master suite was magnificent. I would suggest that if someone is paying so much for a rental (about double what my other family members paid for places in Brewster), the sheets and towels should be included, but we will be back.

Great Location and Home

Perfect for family group. 100 yards to beach. Quiet, relaxing deck. Close to everything. Definitely recommend to fried. Would be nice if could rent or use some of the beach stuff, boards, kayaks, sunfish, etc. Woul be happy to put down deposit. Would be nice add.

Perfect location!

We booked this house for a bachelorette weekend, and everyone was so happy with this rental. You can see the water from the house, the private beach was beautiful and just a quick walk down the street. The kitchen was fully stocked with essential items and equipment, and the beds were all comfortable. The hosts responded quickly to questions and allowed us an early check in AND a late check out which was very generous and very appreciated after a night of bachelorette festivities!

April Break in Perfect Brewster Location

From checking in to checking out, our group had a wonderful experience in this quaint home. With views of the ocean from the front Adirondack chairs, to the minute walk to the beautiful private beach (with easily some of the best low tide exploring on the Cape), this was the perfect home for a quick ocean getaway. The house is large and offers privacy for quests. While the house is somewhat dated, it is clean, comfy, and ideal for large families or for a group of friends. We look forward to our return next year!

Great access to fun family beach

Everything about the house and location were excellent. Nice water view from deck and the beach was just down the driveway and across street—closer than my mailbox at home. Kitchen was well provisioned with appliances, pots, pans and grill worked well too. I guess outdoor shower wasn’t turned on yet, but otherwise everything perfect.Bringing all the linen for four adults and a toddler was a lot of work, so good that changes post covid. Property management was excellent and they helped me get bikes rented too.

Amazing Location & House

The best part of this house is the location. A two minute walk to the beach through a path that our entire group said “it felt like I was walking to a secluded Caribbean beach.” The beach didn’t disappoint either. The house had everything we could ask for and more. There were 9 adults but the house never felt cramped. We didn’t notice there was a master bedroom off the back of the garage until Day 2 but there was still plenty of room. We’ll definitely be renting this house again.

Cant beat this house or location

Private beach was fantastic only steps away from the house. Great deck. Great amenities. Rooms are spread out so great for families. Everything we needed. Neighborhood was private and close to town and Cobies ice cream. No waves or sharks and shallow water, tide pools were great for the kids.

Great house and great beach

We liked the layout of the house, plenty of room for all of us- and would be if there were 14 of us. The separate master suite was very private. We loved the outdoor shower. The deck is awesome and if you like birds, you'll love it here. Plus the view of the ocean was a bonus. The private neighborhood beach is only a 2 minute walk and there was hardly anyone there. The kids enjoyed using the sand toys, boogie boards and skim boards provided. Brewster flats are the best and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home owners are very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our time. We will definitely be back!

great house, great location

What a fantastic house - plenty of room for our two families, easily could have fit a third. Porch views of the sunset were amazing - birds and bunnies abound. The kids loved walking to the beach, the house is practically beachfront. Easy access to bike path, Nickerson State Park, Cobie's for clams/ice cream. Could not have asked for a better spot, owners were super easy to deal with, very low key. We would definitely stay here again.
