Master bedroom has a king size bed, walk in closet and a full private bathroom with 2 sinks and walk in shower.
2 other rooms have queen size beds.
Futon is also available in the living room for additional guest.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a big island.
Living areas are all open concept for better entertainment!
There is a flat 55inches smart tv with cable and full speed Wi-Fi internet.
A generous supply of linens and towels are provided including beach towels. Beach chairs too !!
Nice outdoor set up, bbq, table, sofa, hottub and heated pool!
House is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The house is in a dead-end street, really calm neighborhood, directly on the 15th hole of the Hills golf course, witch you can reach the start within a 1 mile walk.
Boca Grande and Manasota Key beaches are just a 10-15minutes drive, and the wonderful Siesta Key beach is about 50 min.
Fort Myers airport is about 1 hour south, and Tampa 1h30 north.
Rotonda is known for its golf courses and has a unique pie shape concept.
5 of its portions have its own golf!
You can do many other activities as well. Tennis, biking and walking. If you love the outdoors, take a walk or bike ride to the nearby Cape Haze Pioneer trail which is 8 miles long and will take you all the way to Boca Grande Island!
