Welcome to “Moomba”, a stunning, fully renovated beachfront townhome nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach. Located directly on the sand, this beautiful retreat offers uninterrupted views of the Gulf and immediate beach access. Guests enjoy a complimentary beach setup, including two chairs and an umbrella, ready and waiting for your toes-in-the-sand relaxation. Inspired by the Australian word Moomba, meaning “Let’s get together and have fun,” this home was designed for unforgettable coastal memories with family and friends.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

The house was beautiful right on the beach. No need to bring any beach chairs or toys there are plenty at the house to use. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and utensils. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. The only problem was Parking we had to pay extra to park one of our vehicles. Definitely rent a golf cart totally worth it. Easy Walking distance to a lot of stuff. Coffee, ice cream, shopping, restaurants.Over all it’s a great place to stay with family or friends

We love that the beach chairs and toys, fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels and washcloths made everything so convenient for you and your group. Regarding the parking we do want to note that the property comes with two available parking spaces. Since a golf cart was rented it did occupy one of those spaces which is what required the additional vehicle to use paid parking. The home and parking were built and designed as they are and that is outside of our control as hosts but we want to make sure future guests are aware of that when planning accordingly. We are so glad the golf cart was worth it and that you got to enjoy all of the amazing walkable spots nearby including coffee, ice cream, shopping and restaurants. We would love to welcome you and your family or friends back again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great time at Moomba! Came here with the kids and honestly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Being right on Miramar Beach was everything. The kids ran straight to the water every morning, and we didn’t have to worry about parking, hauling beach gear, or any of that. The place itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Nothing fancy, just a really comfortable, easy vacation. We’d 100% come back. If you’re thinking about it, book it!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The house was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. The rooms were spacious with plenty of sleeping space — the bunk bed even had three beds, and both sofas could be converted into beds as well.Judi was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She responded to all of our questions quickly and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. Her hospitality truly made us feel welcome.The beach was gorgeous, and the view alone was worth every penny. We also loved the outdoor shower on the deck, plus all the beach accessories and toys that were available to use.We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Moomba was the perfect beachfront townhome for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and decor was beautiful. We loved how easy our beach access was…steps to our beach. We could walk the beach to pompano joes, or to surf shops and other restaurants. We would love to come back here again.

Great family beach vacation

Spent the week with our daughters, son-in-laws and grandkids. The house was great for the 12 of us. Location on the beach was perfect. Had everything we needed close by. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful property

We've stayed at a few other Sandollar townhomes. The one last year was in really rough condition. Thankfully, Moomba was clean, up to date, and everything was in working condition. Any issues were minor and were resolved quickly by the property management.

Very nice townhome had plenty of cook ware very clean .

The only thing when you pull up the outside does not match pictures of inside and parking is tight!!! The inside is very nice & clean Would stay again

Great Family Getaway

We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Be prepared for lots of stairs, we didn’t mind them. We ranged from 3-55 and enjoyed this stay! Enough room for big parties. The only downfall for us was the washer and dryer space being really difficult to use due to lack of space. This townhouse is in a great spot with direct beach access! We will be back!

Great beachfront stay!

The location right on the beach is incredible, especially with children. The gorgeous beach is literally in the backyard. This townhome had everything we needed for our stay, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms that were well stocked with towels and all the necessities. It had beautiful and inviting decor throughout. There were extra beach toys and a hose on the lowest level to rinse off. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again when we return to FL.

We had a great stay! Parking is problematic but we made it work. The only other issue was a miscommunication on trash pick up, but I think we got that taken care of as well. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

Everything was good. The only thing I do want to mention is there is we only had 3 wash clothes and 2 kitchen towels and no oven mitts. Other than just minor things it was a great stay.

Good place for a large family

Great location right on the beach! Three floors enable seperation and private space wheen needed. Parking is difficult as only space for two cars and not wide enough for car access. Problem with cleanleness is can was full and overflowing and smelly at front door at check in which made for a bad initial impression. Maintenance resolved right away when notified.

We are glad to hear that they came out and picked up the trash a few hours after check in. We wish it could have been sooner, but they service many properties in our area just as the city trucks do. Family Vaca 2023

We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach. Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles. Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice. We enjoyed our stay.
