Dream House Sicily Scopello

Fantastic stone villa situated in Fraginesi, Scopello.

The villa is equipped with all necessary services to let you enjoy a relaxing holiday.
It results from the renovation of 2 ancient stone farmhouses sleep 13 (ask for extra beds).

The access is through the driveway opened onto the private parking for max 4 cars. Opposite the villa there is the main entrance and an equipped veranda with some sofas, if you want to relax!

At the back of the house there is a beautiful garden with typical plants of the region and a solarium area with a fabulous swimming pool 12x5 m accessible from a Roman staircase.

There is also an outdoor veranda linked to the kitchen of the villa, in which you can dine and relax.

Inside the house the furnishings are elegant: as you enter you find a big sitting room with modern kitchen equipped with all necessary cookware, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction kitchenette, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster etc.


On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom.

From a staircase with glass steps you enter the mezzanine floor with bookcase, comfortable sofa, armchair, smart satellite tv with Sky 3D, dvd player. From here you get to the outdoor balcony equipped with comfortable sofas for your relaxing evenings.

On this floor there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

In the other room of the ground floor there is a small guest bathroom with washing machine and access to other 2 bedrooms…
The first one is composed of 2 single beds and private bathroom, while the second one is equipped for 1 disabled person with private bathroom, 1 master bed and 1 single bed.

On the upper floor you will find 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and access to balcony.
In this room it is possible to add, upon request, some single beds.

The house is fully fenced and equipped with alarm system and video surveillance, offering you a total sense of security.

The nearest beach is “Baia Guidaloca”, where there are some equipped and well organized resorts. It is 1 km away!

The maritime village of Castellammare del Golfo is 2.5 km away, while Scopello, the Natural Reserve of Zingaro, the ancient Tonnara and the sea stacks are 4 km away.

The villa is ideally situated near the most famous tourist sites of western Sicily like Marsala, Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, the Mothia Island, Segesta, the Trapani salines, Monreale and Palermo.

Wonderful property

This is a very impressive renovation that provides plenty of character and comfort. It is great for larger groups and has plenty of public and private space. The location is good and we were able to access various towns and sites with minimal travel: we also had a wonderful meal prepared by a local cook reccomended by our host. We had a great stay, thank you.

We spent a week at Dreamhouse Scopello with a group of 12, a mix of teens and adults. The pool was a much loved feature of the villa, especially during the very hot Sicilian days. The pool is larger than it seems in the pictures. The patio and pool areas are spacious and there are a variety of seating options, enough for a group of 12. Parking was easy and can fit 4 cars. There’s good AC in every room. It was wonderful to have a washroom for every bedroom, although some showers are tight. The house provided a starter pack of supplies but definitely plan on a trip to the supermarket for a week’s supply. The property manger was very responsive to our requests and questions. We recommend the location if you are comfortable driving and are looking for destinations along Sicily’s northern shore.

Very nice House with beautiful surroundings. Check in procedures was a bit to fast and informations few. Kitchen applaince was very limited and it was difficult to make dinner to 10 people. Some things was out if order and was not repaired even if promised. Ezample pool shower was not Working. Garbage was difficult and insofficint according to local rules

De accomodatie is goed. Ruime kamers met een goed balkon en badkamer. Fijn dat er een groot overdekt terras was (al lekte deze wel na flinke regenbuien). Contact met contactpersoon was goed per app en telefoon. Fijn dat er nog wat achtergebleven kookbenodigdheden waren zoals zout, peper, olie en wat kruiden. WC papier was er voor elke kamer maar 1 rol (voor 1 week) Er is onvoldoende servies zoals glazen, borden, schalen en bestek, er waren bijvoorbeeld maar 5 wijnglazen voor een huis voor 12 personen. Wel voldoende pannen. Van een badkamer was de douchekop stuk. De matrassen waren over t algemeen goed en stevig, voor sommige te hard. De dekens en kussens in de kast waren wat smoezelig. de buitenstoelen zijn aan vervanging toe, Fijn dat er zwembadhandoeken waren. De stof is van vele stoelen ingescheurd of er ontbreken schroeven.

An absolutely perfect stay in every way

We were 10 people from an extended family and all loved our stay at this beautiful and well situated property. The house and property were even better in person than in the pictures. The pool was clean and refreshing and well used by the whole family. Actually, the cleanliness of the whole house was en pointe. The kitchen was well stocked, the air conditioning worked well, great water pressure in the showers, everything just right. The management was very responsive and filled the few minor requests that we had, I.e. more towels. You will definitely need a car, but will find beautiful beaches within a 10-15 minute drive. Tonnara di Scopello was a highlight! We hope to be back someday ❤️

Villa che è nella realtà come appare sul sito, bella, comoda, con spazi ben distribuiti e silenziosa. Curati il giardino e la piscina. Adeguate le stanze, bella la cucina e la zona interna. Condizionatori efficienti. Da rivedere alcune dotazioni interne (un paio di sedie rotte) ma nel complesso un’ottima Villa. Per andare in paese non essendoci nulla nei paraggi, servono dai 10 a 15 minuti di auto

We were an adult family of 8, staying in this beautiful home for 4 days. The living quarters are beautiful and perfect for a large group (we were all adults). The home is very private but not too far from Castellemare de golfo, and Zingarro. Each room is elegant, and posh and some with balconies. Beautiful views. There is opportunity to walk the roads by the vineyards surrounding the property. Well stocked kitchen. Only comment for improvement is to include more trash bags and dish detergent to help us keep the facility clean.
