PLEASE NOTE: I have a TWO night minimum for weekends and a THREE NIGHT minimum for Holiday weekends.
Spacious two bedroom, one bathroom with STEAM ROOM and a kitchenette!! Located minutes from Mt Abram and Sunday River Ski areas.
This unit is in an owner-occupied two-family home with separate entrance/exit.
Comfortable layout that can accommodate up to seven guests. There is also an air mattress for additional sleeping space.
During the summer and fall you can hike the limitless trails, go antiquing, or leaf peep in the fall!! there is a lake at the bottom of the hill and many more in the area for swimming, boating or fishing.
Would prefer a seasonal rental for 2019-2020 ski season.

Great for what we needed

A few friends and I rented the property to ski Sunday River and it was a great location! Geoffrey was helpful and walked us through everything once we arrived. The kitchen is definitely a bit small with not a lot of cooking supplies and the WiFi wasn’t set up, but besides that it was just what we needed.

VRBO NIGHTMARE

We booked the unit Received confirmation Received keys called day of reservation Because keys weren’t working and owner said he rented to someone else What the heck?!!!!
