Private parking, entrance on a veranda equipped to be able to have lunch and dinner outside in complete relaxation, spacious and bright kitchen lounge, pre-service bathroom, rear garden with outdoor shower and barbecue, where you can freely leave children without any risk ..
On the second level, double bedroom with veranda overlooking the Island of Tavolara, in the second bedroom, there is a bunk bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, washing machine.
The property is next to a super market with butchers and fishmongers inside, fresh pasta shop, bar, pharmacy, car and motorbike rental, all within walking distance.
It is about 900mt from the main beach La Cinta, while 1500mt from the town center.

HEAT PUMPS AND AIR CONDITIONERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE RENTAL FEE.
