Great location

In the center of town, easy walk to amazing beaches. Lovely holiday, we didn't need a car which is what we wanted. San Teodoro is great family resort, beautiful beaches. Enrico was very nice host.

The villa was pretty much exactly as expected based on the description and photos. It is very close to the town centre which is what we wanted. Enrico met us at check in and explained everything, and he was great with communication throughout the week and before we arrived when we had any questions. I would recommend this place. Great place but be aware of extra cost

The house and outdoor area is beautiful and centrally located in the city center. Kitchen is new and clean, the beds have seen many people sleeping in them. The communication with the house owner worked out well, although he mainly talked Italian to us and we answered in English. Unfortunately, we had the impression that every chance was taken to charge us extra. AC costs extra per day, also the towels and sheets are charged additionally. The recycling system should be explained more in detail, as they only fetch it if it fulfills the requirements, that aren't explained in advanced (plastic bag yes/no is different for each trash sort). We were a bit disappointed with the landlord in the end, who shifted his responsibility for waste disposal to us and forced us to dispose of the garbage in the recycling center or even worse - in public trash cans. This should definitely be included in the final cleanup, which is of course charged extra. Overall a great place to stay in San Teodoro.

Alloggio molto carino e dotato dell’essenziale per una vacanza. Il giardino privato per parcheggiare le macchine all’interno e per chi viaggia con il proprio cane comodissimo. Posizione strategica. A due passi dal centro, a piedi, si possono raggiungere ristoranti e pizzerie e passeggiare la sera tra bancarelle e locali con musica dal vivo. Consigliatissimo

Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 ragazzi per 2 settimane e non potevamo trovare sistemazione migliore.Comoda sia per la parte interna (2 bagni, 2 stanze con letti matrimoniali, un singolo soppalcato ed opzione divano letto) sia per la parte esterna con ampio giardino e parcheggio privato. Ottimo anche il patio, molto comodo per rilassarsi all’aperto.Posizione molto comoda, praticamente in centro a San Teodoro e vicina a tutte le connessioni bus per gli spostamenti.Enrico persona molto cordiale e disponibile.Struttura molto consigliata!

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten

Das Haus ist sauber und der Garten für unsere Hunde ein Traum 👍Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen im Haus, dafür waren die Schlafmöglichkeiten zwar da, aber nicht so super geeignet. Aber da hat auch jeder ein anderes Empfinden. In der Küche fehlten auch einige Dinge z.B. scharfe Messer, Töpfe, Brettchen ect. Die Klimaanlage sollte auch extra gezahlt werden, was in der Beschreibung des Hauses leider nicht ersichtlich für uns war und wir das dann auch gesagt haben, dadurch hatten wir sie netterweise umsonst!!! Danke dafür 🙏☺️!!!! Pro Person musste man auch noch pro Tag Kurtaxe bezahlen. Denke das sollte man auch wissen, für uns waren das nochmal 90€ extra. Den Müll muss man bei Abreise selbst entsorgen, was meiner Meinung nach in der Endreinigung drin sein sollte, aber gut... Tipp: 8min entfernt gibt es einen Recyclinghof! Alles in allem ist es ein süßes Haus. Man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß mitten im Geschehen und kann auch bequem einkaufen gehen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß zwar erreichbar, wir haben aber das Auto vorgezogen.

Soggiorno confortevole

A partire dall'accoglienza direi che il soggiorno effettuato in due coppie si e' rivelato comodo e confortevole. La posizione della casa e' ottimale per servizi e passeggiate serali nel centro di San Teodoro, senza spostare le due auto parcheggiate al sicuro in giardino. La casa e' fornita per la zona cucina in maniera essenziale ma ben sufficiente. Da apprezzare la tranquillita' ed il silenzio malgrado la posizione centrale. Un soggiorno da rifare. Grazie ancora alla gentilezza e disponibilita' del sig. Enrico .

Klein aber fein

Kleines aber sehr nettes Haus nahe dem Zentrum von San Teodoro. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Abends ist die Musik bis ca. 2 Uhr gut hörbar. Was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß... Sehr netter Gastgeber. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen...

Wonderful place

We (2 Adults and a toddler) loved our stay in Enricos place. Located in a lovely neighbourhood within walking distance to the center where you have all the restaurants, bars, supermarkets, gelaterias etc. The kitchen is well equipped (maybe a bit outdated) where you find everything you need for a dinner@home. Two good sized bedrooms (one with a attached bathroom) and a further sleep option upstairs. Garden and outside sitting area was very nice to have (but make sure you ‘re equipped with mosquito repellent) and a big plus is the washing machine. We’d love to come back one day, grazie Enrico!

Wer touristische Hotspots liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

Das Haus ist etwas klein und recht spärlich ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vorsicht: Nachts lange laut im Ort.

L’appartamento è molto confortevole. Il boiler in giardino per l’acqua è fantastico vista la quantità minima di acqua corrente nel periodo estivo. Posizione perfetta in mezzo al paese comodo per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Enrico cordiale e disponibile in tutto.

Soggiorno a San Teodoro

Casa molto carina, attrezzata con tutto il necessario, molto vicina al centro ma nel contempo abbastanza isolata dalla confusione. Punto di forza, a mio giudizio, il grande giardino con alberi e il portico che ampliano lo spazio fruibile. Il proprietario è presente sul posto ed è pronto ad intervenire in caso di necessità. Ottima scelta per noi che eravamo 4 adulti e un adolescente

Casa funzionale ed in posizione strategica

Casa ben tenuta e funzionale, posizione assolutamente strategica sia per spostamenti verso le spiagge (grande vantaggio il parcheggio privato) che per gli spostamenti a piedi nel centro di San Teodoro (davvero a pochissime centinaia di metri dalla casa). Posizione centrale ma tranquillissima. Il proprietario, sig.Enrico, persona disponibilissima e molto cortese. Suggeriamo assolutamente questa proprietà per una vacanza a San Teodoro.

Ottima posizione

Casa in ottima posizione e proprietario molto gentile, ma ci sono alcuni particolari da sistemare come aggiungere qualche utensile in cucina e le docce con la tenda non sono pratiche
