This large studio apartment is close to downtown and all the fun St. Pete has to offer; less than a 10 minute walk to Central Ave/EDGE District Bars, Restaurants and Cafes, Tropicana Field, USF-St Petersburg, Chihuly Museum, Bayfront and All-Childrens' Hospitals, and so much more. 10 miles to beautiful gulf beaches.

Queen sized bed, large, separate kitchen, spacious walk-in closet, claw-foot tub, Wi-Fi, on-site coin-op laundry.

The apartment is located in a building that dates back to the 1920s and originally built as a hotel. I like to think she's getting back to her roots through VRBO.

Perfect for short-term getaways or long-term stays for one or two guests.

Great time

Great time in the Berg. Recommend the Dali museum, sunsets at Fort De Soto (if you stay late, south pier view of Sunset bridge at night), festivals downtown, shopping and Dinner at John’s Pass.

My review

Greg, was amazing and very attentive. He also worked with us to minimize impact to us due COVID 19. The place itself is as it's advertise, close to downtown, very cozy. I had wifi access and access to HULU, Netflix etc. I loved the details he preserved in the building itself. I would stay here again and will be sharing his listing with friends and family.
