Casale Tre Petre by Perle di Puglia

Casale Tre Petre is an ancient late 19th century farmhouse. Recently it has been renovated and transformed into a welcoming villa with swimming pool where you can stay during your holidays in Southern Italy.
It is located in the flourishing countryside of Galatone, on a stretch
of the Ionian coast north of Gallipoli. It is 2 km from the sea of
??Santa Maria al Bagno and a little further from the beautiful sandy beaches of Gallipoli and
Baia Verde. Choose it to discover the most authentic Puglia, with its
atmospheres and architecture, the outdoor spaces with swimming pool,
garden and solarium area. Its rooms can accommodate up to 11 guests. Pets allowed.

Dry
stone walls border the villa which extends over 6 thousand square
meters of land, with palm trees, ancient olive trees, perfumes and
essences typical of the Salento area. This green is surrounded by a
swimming pool with a large solarium area. Everything is extremely
accurate and enriched with furnishings that invite total relaxation.

Casale Tre Petre is spread over two floors. On the ground floor
there is a cozy and bright living area with an open kitchen. The
sleeping area with 1 bathroom with shower and the first 2 bedrooms, both
with double beds, one of which with en suite shower room.
 
 
On the first floor there
are 2 more double bedrooms, one with a French bed (120x190cm), plus a
bathroom with shower. From both it is easy to access the spacious
outdoor terrace which offers an exceptional panoramic view of the
estate.
Where is Casale Tre Petre
Casale Tre Petre is a
typical villa located in southern Italy, in the countryside of Galatone,
just 2 kilometers from the beach and the village of Santa Maria al
Bagno, on the Ionian Sea. The town of Nardò is also very close, rich in
art and museums, with a beautiful coastline.

 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 160 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
