Large house of 190 m2 with furnished wooden terrace of 50m2 (various furniture, pergola, barbecue etc.) facing south-west
The house includes:
Ground floor: a large living room of 55m2 including lounge area with TV, stereo, insert and sofa, one convertible that can accommodate 2 people.
Dining area with table and chairs for 10 people.
American kitchen corner with central island and ultra modern equipment.
A large entrance overlooking the stairs and the hallway leading to the ground floor bedroom.
Two bedroom of 12 m2 with bed 160 (including a TV equipped) and terrace access.
A separate toilet with sink.
A laundry room equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge and freezer.
Two bathrooms, one with bath and one with walk-in shower
NB: one of the bathrooms is adjacent to the bedroom N ° 2.
Upstairs:
A landing with desk and extra bed of 90
A parental suite including a room of 15m2 with bed of 160 and TV
A terrace with sundeck and furniture
A dressing room
A large bathroom with double sink, walk-in shower and toilet.

True to the photographs and description

A beautiful modern property with 4 double beds and each room has a bathroom. We were grateful that an earlier check in time was possible as we had a small baby and elderly people on an extremely hot day. The rooms were all fine and the kitchen well equipped. Could benefit from a deep clean. Nice garden, no charcoal bbq.The lovely beach is super close. We were able to swim every day and walk back in swim clothes. Gently shelving, clean water but check tide times.Shops however are 20 minute walk uphill or a short car drive. Note that the keys must be handed over at 0930am, not 1000 am.There is so much to do in this area of Brittany, esp walks, cycling, boat trips, castles, markets and wonderful food to cook. Nearby Intermarche is comprehensive.Overall, we 4 generations, enjoyed this house. Look after Beaky the Gannet for us.

Summary

Very nice spot and situated on top! We enjoyed it for two weeks with 5 adults (family). There are just two things to point out on the negative part. 1. At our arrival, nothing expected the floors were cleaned. So we spent at least about 3hours with 3 of us to clean out the kitchen and everything about it, to be able to cook. 2. it seems, that the owner is not willing to invest in this orginary very fine and nice house. It might be the wrong decision in a distance……not far. But over all it is a nice house, a very gentle ownership, perfect situated and we enjoyed our holidays a lot!! Thank You so much!

Un séjour parfait dans une vaste maison bien équipée

Possibilité de trois appartements séparés, avec chambre, salle de bain, wc . A quelques mètres de la plage. Un grand jardin gazonné et clos, idéal pour les petits ou les animaux.

gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Als Rollstuhlfahrer und Hundebesitzer ein geeignetes Ferienhaus zu finden, ist immer eine besondere Herausforderung. Angenehm überrascht waren wir, als wir das Haus bezogen: in der Tat war das Haus barrierefrei (lediglich das Podest vor der Haustüre musste mit einer Rampe überwunden werden; diese hatten wir allerdings mitgenommen. Das Haus ist recht groß, alle Räume im Erdgeschoss mit einem Aktivrollstuhl erreich- und nutzbar (ob das auch für einen E-Rolli gilt, haben wir nicht ausgetestet, den E-Rolli haben wir nur zu Exkursionen in die Umgebung genutzt. Die Räume waren gut gesäubert - wir mussten keine "Nacharbeiten" machen - und das Haus verfügt über einen rundum eingezäunten Garten, den unser Hund außerhalb unserer Spaziergänge nutzen konnte. Die Umgebung lädt zu langdauernden Ausflügen ein, allerdings sind die meisten Wege entlang des Strandes für Rollstühle nicht geeignet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich nicht zuletzt die angenehme und herzliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch die Hausverwalterin, Frau Daniel, mit Mme Daniel haben die Vermieter einen echten Glücksgriff getan. Deshalb an dieser Stelle noch einmal einen herzlichen Dank an Mme Daniel - auch Dank Ihrer Empfehlungen haben wir einen rundum schönen Urlaub verbringen dürfen.

Très belle maison et magnifique emplacement. Malheureusement, ménage pas à la hauteur de la prestation (toile d'araignée, vitres et baie vitrée très sales...), d'autant plus que le forfait ménage non négociable n'est pas donné (100 euros en liquide.....)

La maison est très bien située et est vraiment très fonctionnelle pour 2 familles notamment. Notre Hôte Chantal est très accueillante, de bons conseils et très arrangeante. Nous n 'hesiterons pas à y retourner.

Ma famille est originaire de la Trégastel et nous connaissant bien la région pour avoir de la famille sur Trébeurden. Nous avons apprécié séjourner dans cette maison pendant nos vacances. Toute la famille s'est sentie comme à la maison. Espace convivial au rez-de-chaussée, jardin agréable. Cette maison agréable et spacieuse garde l'intimité de chacun avec ses multiples chambres et salles de bain. Même si nous n'avons pas une vue directe sur la mer, (qui n'est vraiment pas loin) nous avons adoré...Moderne et chaleureuse... je recommande !

Haus mir Meerblick

Wir haben mir 4 Personen und einem Hund das Haus bewohnt. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet. In Trebeurden gibt es mehrere Bäcker und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Auch der Wochenmarkt bietet eine gute Auswahl an lokalen Produkten. Der Strand ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Zur ersten Orientierung gibt es einen Infoordner im Haus. Wlan ist mit ausreichender Geschwingigkeit vorhanden und läßt sogar eine Videokonferenz zu. Es war eine gute Wahl.
