Groups of up to 12 will have plenty of space to spread out between three spacious bedrooms and an extra air mattress in the living room.

The master suite features a cozy king-size bed, plush mattress, and dual nightstands with reading lamps.

The second bedroom is equipped with two queen-size beds, a flatscreen TV, and private access to the back patio.

The third bedroom is perfect for any youngsters you have in the group and features a queen-size bed, a bunk bed with a queen-size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top, and a pull-out twin-size trundle bed.

The master bedroom has its own on-suite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a shower/tub combo, and a Bluetooth speaker if you want to belt along to some tunes as you get ready.

The second bathroom also boasts a shower/tub combo and a state-of-the-art Bluetooth ceiling speaker.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LIVING AREA ☆☆
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you’ll need for cooking up tasty group meals. You’ll find brand new appliances, lovely quartz countertops, and a large island that is perfect for setting out appetizers or enjoying your morning coffee. Behind the counter is a second dining table with seating for four.

The kitchen opens into the living room area, which makes it easy for the designated chefs to socialize while cooking. There is even an Alexa in this area if you feel like listening to music to set the mood. Another dining room table is located between the living room and the kitchen and provides seating for four.

The living room is bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows. It boasts a cozy couch and overstuffed chair, along with a large 55” smart TV. There is also a desk tucked in the corner if you need to catch up on work, and the WiFi throughout the home is superfast.

Feel free to enjoy our large selection of board games located in the living room closet.

☆☆ BACKYARD ☆☆
The backyard area is a private sanctuary with beautiful old trees, lots of plants, and some bird feeders that you can fill up if you love waking up to the sound of songbirds. You and yours can relax in one of the hammocks, grill out on the propane grill, or gather around the fire pit and exchange life stories.
The yard is completely surrounded by hedges and a jasmine covered trellised fence, which affords a nice sense of privacy for your group. There are also tons of string lights posted around the yard so you can enjoy this peaceful area at any time of day.

While we have only lived in Seattle since 2018, we absolutely love calling this city home! The Pacific Northwest continues to gift us with a natural beauty we have yet to experience anywhere else. Ocean, lake, river, mountain, desert, you don't have to choose, they are all here. If you enjoy seeing beautiful places, this is a wonderful place to be!

Why they chose this property

I owned a similar style property in Nashville for many years that I also had as a STR. When I saw this house it reminded me of my old home. We lived here during the pandemic and the large private yard was both our escape from quarantine and our project. It received a lot of TLC during that time, we hope you enjoy the fruits of our labor!

What makes this property unique

It's on a nice little cul-de-sac, so lots of privacy. It's proximity the light rail so we do not have to drive and find parking everywhere. How even though it is close to everything and right in the city, there is an unexpected private green oasis waiting for you in the backyard.
