Spacious and comfortable, this 160 m² house is quietly located in a street adjacent to the village center, 1 min from the outdoor market (every day in summer) and shops (bakery, butcher, bicycle rental, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants) and 15 minutes from the beach on foot.

On the ground floor, you will enjoy a large living space with lounge, TV and audio space, dining room.
Fully equipped kitchen including ceramic hob, separate oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and all the small kitchen equipment: large capacity toaster, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender ... Crockery in large quantities, new cutlery and cookware.
A laundry room adjacent to the kitchen includes: new and large capacity washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, small cleaning equipment.

Very functional, the house includes a separate bicycle storage room and a pleasant outdoor terrace with garden furniture for your meals and sunbathing.

Upstairs, 4 beautiful bedrooms will welcome you with charm:
-a double bedroom with private bathroom / shower, 160x200 bed
-a double bedroom, 160x200 bed
-a double bedroom, 140x200 bed
-a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 6 beds 90x190
All the bedding is of very good quality and recent for optimal rest.

A second bathroom has a separate shower and bath. Two separate toilets are located upstairs and on the ground floor.


The house was completely renovated in 2014 while preserving the charm of the Rhetish stone and the old parquet floors. Walls in gray paneling and associated wardrobes made to measure in a beautiful Rhetan house spirit. The house is in excellent condition and very well insulated for stays outside the summer season.

-Baby equipment available on request (no additional cost)
-Household linen not provided with the exception of kitchen towels. For bed sheets and towels, you can either bring your own or contact us for a service (not included in the price of the reservation)
-Heating included in winter, in case of excessive consumption compensation could be deducted from the deposit (house very well insulated and pleasant, even for the chilly that we are).
- Strictly non-smoking house (smoking outside).

Booking conditions:
-Ability to stay less than 7 nights, please contact us.
-For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer a declining rate.

- Tourist taxes are applicable from April 1 to September 30 (billed separately).

-A deposit equivalent to 30% of the rental amount is required at the time of booking.

- Cleaning fees (compulsory): a participation of 120 € is to be paid separately.
