About this property

Newly renovated apartment in the center of Bussum

Liefdevol gerenoveerd, gezellig appartement (55m2). Oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 1895, heeft het appartement een eigen ingang, 2 slaap vides, woonkamer, badkamer met een regendouche en een woonkeuken.

Minimaal 30 dagen verblijf. Korting bij langer bespreekbaar. Vanaf januari beschikbaar.

Het appartement is gelegen in het oude centrum van Bussum. De winkels, restaurants en bars liggen om de hoek. Er is een treinstation op slechts 10 minuten loopafstand. Amsterdam of Utrecht (25 minuten!).

De slaap vides zijn op zolder. Het zijn open verdiepingen met een vaste trap te bereiken. De ene kamer beschikt over een tweepersoonsbed dat elektrisch kan worden aangepast en donzen beddengoed, de andere kamer heeft een twijfelaar met ook donzen beddengoed. Al uw bagage past gemakkelijk in de grote kast (met laptopkluis).

In de woonkamer staat een relaxte leren bank met drie stoelen, een dressoir uit de jaren 50 en een flatscreen-tv met toegang tot Netflix en YouTube. Perfect om te herstellen na een dag sightseeing en winkelen in Amsterdam. Ook is er een DAB radio en een goede bluetooth speaker om muziek op te luisteren.

De keuken is licht en bevat alle gemakken: gas kookplaat, combi-oven / magnetron, vaatwasser, broodrooster, kookgerei, koffiezetapparaat en melkopschuimer. Het is ingericht met een tafel, 3 stoelen en een vintage lamp. Wij, uw buren, zijn totale fijnproevers, dus u kunt rekenen op een keuken vol met alle ingrediënten die nodig zijn voor een heerlijk verblijf. Een babyvoeding stoel is beschikbaar indien nodig.

De badkamer is mooi, met een douchecel en een wastafel met een oplichtende spiegel, toilet, hotel-kwaliteit handdoeken, haardroger, shampoo en body wash.

We wonen naast de deur, dus overdag zijn we beschikbaar voor vragen of om u te helpen.

Hidden Gem

I'm battling with myself to tell you how wonderful this place is because I want to keep it for selfish reasons. Pim and Anoek are great host. The place was fully furnished and they thought of everything you could possibly need or want for your stay. I stayed for three months. Pim supplied me with links when I got there for the grocery store, the laundry, and food delivery and if I needed any other service he was very prompt. I will be coming back.

We are a family of three. We could buy the house next door. And we did. We totally renovated everything. It took us half a year and few gray hairs. But the result is awesome. We are a friendly, people loving foodies who love meeting new people.

We both have our own business, in foodstyling and websites. We love to have you as our guests and make your stay as pleasant as possible. We live next door to the property so if there is anything we are just a knock on the door away.
