The home was lovely and in the most beautiful location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we would suggest is an update on photos. Quite a bit has changed since photos were posted. Other than that, everything was great!
We have stayed at this property numerous times and it was wonderful as always. It’s clean, the kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the outdoor spaces are delightful. Our cat always enjoys walking down to play in the creek! You can even walk to the West Fork trail so you don’t have to deal with trying to park which is a huge plus considering the parking lot fills up quickly. Can’t wait to stay again!
We had a wonderful three nights celebrating my husband‘s 90th birthday. The amenities were more than expected. We pretty much prepared meals there the whole time. A couple of things to mention is that the narrow road going in is one way when you meet another vehicle somebody has to back up usually. The other thing is that the two very nice bedrooms are downstairs and the kitchen and living room are upstairs. The stairway was a little difficult for my husband, but we managed. Another thing going on right now that visitors may not know, is that all the parking for hiking trails and slide rock were all closed because of the pocket fire. Hopefully they will open up soon, and you can walk into them, but no place to park.
We enjoyed our stay and all was as we expected from the description. Located in a serene setting with wonderful views. The beds were clean and comfortable.
The home was clean and in good shape. The living room and deck were wonderful places to hang out as a family.Oak creek is about 100 yards down the road and is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy quiet or splash in the water. The only negatives:Bedrooms dont have a closetSmoke detectors were missing. You need a vehicle with ground clearence to get up the road and driveway. ( SUV or Pickup)
We enjoyed our stay with our family and fantastic access to the trail. The house is super cozy, with comfortable beds and everything you need to have a wonderful time in Oak Creek.
The cabin is just what we needed for a great getaway with the family! Lovely views and great access to the river and trails (West Fork Trail park entry is a few feet down the highway). The houses' amenities were great and well thought out.
The cabin had everything we needed but I would not give 5 stars. We got there after dark and it was a little scary going in at night. The area around was not as nice as we expected, but we had no problems. Beds felt clean but overall the cabin didn't smell or feel clean. (Would have preferred not to see the mouse traps on the fridge.) Coming from a state where it's cold, we would have liked to spend some time on the deck. It was not welcoming outside, could have been blown off at least. Enjoyed the location but did take a good 15 minutes to get to town.
We chose a quick get away in Sedona to reset. This was a beautiful location with endless things to do and see! There just isn’t enough time. We loved the West Fork Trail and playing in the river with the dogs!
Great cabin located minutes to west fork trail. Very clean and exactly as pictured. We had a good time and wasnt far from heart of Sedona. Great place for friends and family.
