Featuring a comfortable and inviting living room area arranged in such a way everyone will be able to watch TV and enjoy the warmth coming out of the pellet stove, a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new matching appliances, two small balconies from which you can enjoy a view of the peaceful forest and the mountain critters, you won’t find anything like this charming vacation rental! Take advantage of the shared on-site amenities that include a swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, and a grill!

Located close to Canyon Lodge, this retreat is conveniently situated for an exciting day on the slopes. The Earthquake Fault Trail offers scenic hiking trails for everyone to enjoy. Downtown Mammoth Lakes is under a mile east, which means dining and entertainment will be just a stone’s throw away! Yosemite National Park is a 39-mile drive away, but it’s totally worth the trip. The Mammoth Mountain is four and a half miles away and offers the chance to try skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and more. Hidden Valley #2 is an easy walk to The Village and The Village Gondola!

-- Cable, Wifi and Cell service are unreliable, as utility disruptions are not uncommon in this mountanous region.

-- This home does not allow early check-in.

-- The pool is only available during summer months.

-- Please remember to bring your own Pool/Hot Tub towels. We only provide regular sized towels for your stay.

-- Shared community gas grills are only available during Summer months.

-- Charcoal BBQs are not permitted at this complex.

-- While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided.

Please note that this complex is EXTREMELY NOT PET FRIENDLY. The HOA does not allow pets at this property. With regard to service animals, the HOA (not our company) requests visitors fill out forms 48 hours in advance - please reach out to Hidden Valley HOA for further information. Please note these are not restrictions or requests of Vacasa, they are specific to this HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
