Ideal for holidays with family or friends, the air-conditioned house of 142 m2 with swimming pool can accommodate 6 adults and 4 children.
Located 8 km from UzĂšs and 7 kms from the Pont du Gard, on the edge of a very quiet village, it has a living room and a dining room overlooking the terrace and the garden and d a modern kitchen with access to a covered terrace.
The 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are in the second part of the house opening onto the pool.
A 3rd bathroom is installed in the pool house next to the pool.
A large car park is available at the back of the villa.

Nice house in nice aria.

The House lived up to our expectations. The Pool was lovely to have en the garden. The children had a lot of joy in the pool. I can recommend the place.

Beautiful villa with an outstanding pool in a great location.

This is a large, clean spacious villa with everything one needs, the fridge with ice machine was fantastic for us. The quality of furnishings and bedding make for a luxurious stay. The outside space is just wonderful for lounging in the sun or shade, we swam every day, the pool is sparkling and inviting. We visited Le Chardonnay restaurant just across the road twice and had the best meals there. Booking is a must. Unfortunately we were taken ill during our stay and Colette and Mureille were both totally helpful and accommodating allowing us to stay an extra night which helped us immensely. Despite illness we had a wonderful time here.

Wir sind als Familie zusammen mit Freunden gereist. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum! Sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage und mit Pool und Terrasse einfach ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war sehr sympathisch! Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Jolie maison, trÚs bien située pour visiter les environs (Pont du Gard, UzÚs, Nßmes, ...). Rien ne manque dans les équipements, pour toute la famille : lité bébé, cuisine avec des nombreux ustensiles, salle de bain avec rangements, dans les chambres, des armoires entiÚres disponibles. Piscine sécurisée, plusieurs parasols et des transats pour tout le monde. Jardin et terrasse agréables. Seul petit bémol: le débit wifi trÚs faible. Mais c'est un détail en vacances ;-)

Tolles neues Haus mit allem was man braucht, sehr gepflegter Garten, großer Pool. Argilliers ist zwar ein kleiner Ort ohne Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, UzĂšs ist aber sehr nah.

Prachtige vakantiewoning

Het is een prachtige woning die goed onderhouden is. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. Voor onze gemoedsrust was het een pluspunt dat het zwembad gedeelte met een poortje kon afgesloten worden, mits we een 1,5 jarige bij hadden. Het is ook de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen. Het restaurant Les Roses Blanches is ook zeker de moeite op te bezoeken, zelfs met 5kids perfect te doen.

Nous avons tout adoré ! La maison, le jardin, la piscine, les environs. La communication avec la propriétaire a été trÚs simple, elle nous a contactés en amont de notre sejour avec toutes les informations utiles. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, rien ne manque. Bon à savoir : la voiture est indispensable pour rejoindre les commerces ; et pour les télétravailleurs : le WiFi n'est pas disponible dans toute la maison. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans la superbe maison de Colette. TOUT Ă©tait rĂ©uni : le beau temps, la piscine, les activitĂ©s dans les environs, les commerces et l’équipement de la maison. Chaque famille avait son espace, tout Ă©tait Ă  disposition pour les petits comme pour les grands. L’accueil par Mireille Ă©tait trĂšs chaleureux et Colette reste disponible Ă©galement. Une petite attention Ă©tait prĂ©sente Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Une prĂ©cision a connaĂźtre : l’accĂšs Ă  la piscine n’est pas sĂ©curisĂ©e pour les petits. Ce n’est pas un point nĂ©gatif c’est juste une information a avoir pour les familles qui viennent sĂ©journer avec des enfants en bas Ăąge. Cependant l’accĂšs peut ĂȘtre bloquĂ© par un transat ou autre mobilier. Nous pourrions tout Ă  fait re louer la maison de Colette Ă  l’avenir. Nous recommandons trĂšs fortement ce logement +++

Spacieuse maison rĂ©cente Ă  2 Ă©tages, 4 ch, 2 SDB et cuisine bien agencĂ©e et Ă©quipĂ©e. Piscine (profondeur 1.50m uniforme), mais un seul grand parasol pour 10 personnes, petit jardin peu ombragĂ©. La maison est rafraĂźchie par le sol (systĂšme peu efficace) mais que pour les Ă©tages et gĂ©rĂ© seulement par le propriĂ©taire Ă  partir de chez lui. TrĂšs chaud pour les piĂšces de rdch et sĂ©jour. BĂ©mols : Voisinage bruyant en soirĂ©e voir tard dans la nuit (fiesta) et beaucoup de guĂȘpes autour de la piscine (2 enfants piquĂ©s) et sur la terrasse.

Magnifique maison prùs d’Avignon

Superbe maison neuve agréable à vivre et trÚs bien équipée. De grands espaces permettant une fluidité au sein de la maison lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis par Stéphanie, notre contact local, qui nous a partagé les bonnes adresses à voir et faire aux alentours. Une personne vient vérifier la piscine une fois par semaine, ce qui est appréciable. Un séjour parfait !

Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison de Colette avec un couple d'amis. La maison est parfaite pour les petits et grands et trÚs bien équipée y compris pour les bébés. Propreté impeccable. TrÚs bel accueil à notre arrivée (merci Stéphanie !) . Nous recommandons vivement !!
