Our elegant, mid-century ranch style home is an exclusive getaway for your Palm Springs vacation. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, the neighborhood of El Mirador is steeped in rich Hollywood history. The entire block once housed the vacation residences of the Warner Bros family, and our property is the perfect reflection of this legacy. You’ll be steps away from the Movie Colony neighborhood, where stars like Frank Sinatra, Cary Grant and Marilyn Monroe owned fabulous homes.
Stylish and modern, the home features two spacious living rooms, a large kitchen, three bedrooms, three baths and an oversized saltwater pool and spa.
The lush, landscaped outdoor area really steals the show at this property, offering complete privacy and stunning, unobstructed views of the mountains from the saltwater pool and vast patio area. Eight comfy chaise lounges and two outdoor dining tables provide ample room for evening meals al fresco, and the outdoor fire pit ensures you’ll be cozy and warm on cool desert nights. The backyard also features a gas BBQ grill for that perfect outdoor meal.
The interior of the home features two stylish living areas, a fully equipped kitchen that opens to an elegant dining area, and large windows and glass sliding doors all around overlooking the pool and landscaping of the backyard oasis.
All bedrooms are outfitted with soft, premium Frette sheets. The master bedroom features a large, plush California King bed and has a large en-suite bathroom featuring relaxing, zen-garden views from the shower. It has a flat screen TV, sliding glass doors opening to the pool area, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a comfy Queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and views of the zen garden from the bedroom and shower. The third bedroom has a plush Queen bed and a separate, truly unique Art Deco bathroom that harkens back to the golden age of Hollywood.
Located in the heart of the city, the house is walking distance to the trendy Uptown Design District, which features some of the most highly-rated restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. It’s a short Uber or taxi ride to most popular restaurants lining Palm Canyon Drive or the endless nightlife options along Arenas Road.
You’re renting the entire house and outdoor area. Make yourself at home, as everything is yours to enjoy exclusively!
Our property is professionally managed by a full service vacation rental agency, so your trip will be worry-free from beginning to end. We will take care of everything from hosted check-in to departure, and will be available for anything you need along the way. We are also available to handle any special or a-la-carte requests, including pre-arrival grocery shopping and arrangement of transportation and/or tours.
The property is located in the El Mirador neighborhood of central Palm Springs. Nearby neighborhoods include the Uptown Design District, Downtown Palm Springs, Movie Colony, and Ruth Hardy Park.
The house is a quick Uber or taxi ride from Palm Springs International Airport. It’s also surrounded by an endless array of restaurants, nightlife, and shopping options. Grocery stores and gyms are all close by, and we provide recommendations for anything you might need. CITY OF PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS & RENTAL RULES (we don`t make the rules, but we do follow them!)
**No parties or large social gatherings of any kind are permitted at this location!** Neighbors have been notified that this property is a vacation rental and are encouraged to call a hotline to dispatch authorities to investigate any disturbances. If the city issues a violation, guest will be responsible for payment of any fine(s) and may be evicted with no refund.
- Minimum age for primary renting guest is 25. - Daytime occupancy is 10 people. - Overnight occupancy is 6 people. - Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. - The City imposes a strict noise ordinance for vacation rentals. No music is allowed outside at any time, including music coming from inside that can be heard at the property line, and no noise at all is allowed outside after 10pm. - The City requires a signed written contract for all guests, as well as a copy of the primary renter`s government ID. This will be taken care of during check-in. - The City requires each guest to pay an 11.5% Transient Occupancy Tax and a 1% Tourism Business Improvement District assessment for stays less than 28 days. If your stay is 28 days or more, taxes do not need to be paid.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE - Check-in time is 4PM, and check-out is promptly by 11AM. - Our onsite greeter will meet you at the home and give you a tour. - Late check-outs without prior approval with incur a $250 fee, as we need time to get the house ready for the next guest.
PETS - Pets are NOT allowed at this property. Any signs of pets on the property will incur an additional $500 fee and will be cause for eviction.
NO SMOKING - We have a no smoking policy. Any signs of smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 fee.
POOL HEATING - Optional spa heating is an additional $25/day. - Optional pool heating is an additional $75/day and is recommended from Oct to April (includes spa heat). - Either option must be turned on for the duration of your stay.
CLEANING Final cleaning after your checkout is included in your reservation quote. For stays longer than 6 weeks, guest will be responsible for the cost of a mid-stay clean every 30 days. Funds for mid-stay cleanings will be collected from guest as they occur.
INSURANCE FEE for Vrbo & Direct Bookings (does not apply to Airbnb bookings) Guest is responsible for the service fee below, depending on length of stay: ● $99: 1-29 nights ● $450: 30-59 nights ● $150: each additional 30-night block
EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS There is a doorbell camera, one aimed at the front of house, one aimed in front of garage door, and one aimed at side gate.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was everything they promised. So quiet, clean and so very comfortable. Location was perfect. We fell in love with Palm Springs and we can’t wait to book this home again!
The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, comfortable, the perfect location to spend a relaxing weekend. Being winter, having the Pool heated and the hot tub was just amazing. Thank you!

Once again, the house made for the perfect stay. Its outdoor living space is incredible with a saltwater pool, hot tub, plenty of outdoor furniture, a fire pit, gas grill, and fabulous views of the mountains.
The home is spacious and very comfortable. It is close to Palm Canyon Drive and made for an easy walk to the Uptown Design District. Grocery stores and other Palm Springs destinations are a short car trip away.
This was our second time staying at the home, and we have already booked our 2024 visit.
We had a great time at this rental! The outside was amazing and big like the pictures show. The pool was large and nice. We loved that the loungers had cushions. Still this neighborhood has some airport noise that I didn’t expect! But overall we had a really nice time!
Our stay at this home offered exactly what we needed for our family of four (+2).
Indoors, the layout offered plenty of room to find your own space, while outdoors it offered great casual group seating and family dining options.
The home is well stocked with everything we needed. Melba was incredible attentive and responsive to questions or needs, and made everything just-right.

We rent houses in Palm Springs regularly and this house is definitely one of the best. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and plenty of space. The backyard is magnificent, the bedrooms are all comfortable and anyone in the kitchen can still be a part of the action in the living room. All around perfect stay!
Overall we had a wonderful time. Unfortunately we arrived during a storm & our electricity went out which caused our first day chaos. Everything had to be reset and then the wifi went off & we were left without tv. After messaging management team they were able to get it fixed. Things smoothed out after the first chaotic day. Very lovely.

Arriving at this beautiful oasis after leaving the cold tundra of the midwest was magical. The home is located on a quiet cul de sac and the landscaping is beautiful. The decor inside is perfect mid century modern with great furniture and art. The kitchen was totally outfitted with everything we needed. The coffee pot was not working properly and when we notified the manager, a new one arrived the next day. Beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, including many for the pool area. The pool and the spa welcomed us everyday with an incredible view of the mountains. We would definitely rent this home again !!!
Home was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Especially appreciated the large backyard with lots of grassy space and seating. Home and outdoor space is well maintained and owners are very responsive. We had a lovely time!
This property is immaculately appointed and taken cake of. Every design detail was apparent. The artwork, the furnishings, the lighting, and the Mid Century Vibe were intoxicating. The open glass showers and outdoor showers were especially fun and convenient. The Pool, Spa and Firepit were the perfect way to relax before bedtime. Beds and linens were exceptional. The owners were accommodating when we arrived over an hour early. The care and pride the owners take in their house is very apparent. 10/10 for sure. Will recommend highly to friends and family.
