General cleaning

· Dust all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and light fixtures.

· Clean and disinfect high-touch areas: doorknobs, light switches, and remotes.

· Clean windows and mirrors.

· Vacuum upholstery, including under the cushions, and vacuum or sweep and mop all floors.

· Empty all trash cans and replace liners.

· Clean the exterior, sweeping patios and cleaning outdoor furniture if applicable.

Kitchen

· Clean and sanitize all appliances: stovetop, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

· Sanitize countertops, sink, and faucets.

· Clean inside drawers and cabinets if needed.

· Wash any dirty dishes or utensils.

· Dispose of any expired food items in the pantry or refrigerator.

Bedrooms

· Strip beds with used linens and remake them with fresh sheets.

· Vacuum under beds and furniture.

· Dust and polish all furniture.

Bathrooms

· Scrub and sanitize the toilet inside and out.

· Clean and sanitize the sink, bathtub, and shower.

· Wash and replace all towels, washcloths, and hand towels.

· Refill toilet paper, soap, and other toiletries.

Supplies and amenities

· Wash and change towels and bedding between stays, as per the policy.

· Restock necessary supplies like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.

· Ensure all appliances and amenities are in working order
