A lot of charm in this town house with garden in the heart of the castles of Touraine. Calm and greenery in the city center!
Completely redone custom made and ergonomic keeping the charm of the old.

Housing :

With little extras, such as a paddling pool, kid's bike and for parents an electric barbecue to enjoy a dinner in the garden effortlessly, bright bathroom with shower and double washbasin, spacious bedroom with dressing table. The room has 1 double bed and 1 single bed (see photo), in the living room 2 sofas (including 1 trundle bed with a real comfortable bed for 2 people of 1.60 on 1.90m) and an office for those who come to work in our beautiful region ...

Also at your disposal, you will find; garden furniture, deckchairs, dishes, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, central-steam, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, large TV in the living room and 1 TV in the bedroom, internet / wifi box , etc ...
For extra comfort sheets and pillowcases (ergonomic pillows) are provided.

Ideally located, since the house is 2 minutes walk from all amenities (bakery, pharmacy, bank, town hall, supermarket ...) and 5 minutes walk from the station of St Pierre des Corps (so 1 hour from Paris to a day trip to the capital!).

Being in the middle of the wine region, the wine tastings are not far away!

A beautiful and well organized house. Kitchen contained everything we needed. Garden was a bit small but location was ideal for shopping and close to the centre ofTours.We can recommend it for a longer stay for 2 or 3 people.

Nous avons pu passer avec notre fille un agréable séjour dans cette maison avec petit jardin Nous étions proche de Tours et des châteaux autour,du centre aquatique et des différents parc animaliers/parcs d attractions. Isabelle est une hôte d une grande gentillesse et sera un bon guide

Una gidibile e comoda base verso i castelli della Loira.

Abbiamo scelto un alloggio in posizione da farci visitare in auto i castelli della Loira. La località si trova a circa 20' da Tours in auto da Tours, dove è possibile avere la cena e trascorrere la serata piacevolmente. L'appartamento si trova in zona tranquilla e silenziosa, si accede da un giardinetto privato, è arredato con cura ed è dotato di tutto. I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili; i nostri vicini ed i gerenti dei vari locali intorno hanno accolto con simpatia noi 'cugini' italiani. Sistemazione molto consigliata.

Location très agréable, loueuse charmante et à l'écoute.

La location est tout à fait conforme a la description et aux photos. Nous avons passé 8 jours très agréables. Pied à terre idéal pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Le jardin est un vrai plus pour manger dehors. Un supermarché Auchan a 20 mètres. La maison est au calme : possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte l'été. L'hôte est aux petits soins. Je recommande +++

Kleines Haus im Vorort, sauber und ruhig.

Das Haus ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, es ist ca. 3 km von Tours-Zentrum entfernt. Ruhige Lage mit Supermarkt und Bäcker etc. in direkter Nähe, aber keine touristischen Angebote oder Restaurants. Wir haben uns dort wenig aufgehalten, eigentlich nur geschlafen und gegessen, für alles andere sind wir etwas gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit Isabelle ist ausgezeichnet, sie hat sich sehr um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar.

Maison au calme et top !

La maison d’Isabelle est propre, fonctionnelle avec une cuisine bien équipée. La chambre est spacieuse, literie confortable. La salle de bain est grande avec une douche et des jets spa, un régale le soir après une bonne journée, et présence d’une machine à laver le linge, assez pratique. La terrasse est bien agréable en fin de journée ou pour diner, avec un jardin. On a apprécié les attentions particulières d’Isabelle pour nous faciliter la vie avec notre bébé de 8mois ;) Bref un endroit sympa, confortable, au calme, proche du centre de Tours en voiture et des bords de Loire. On recommande avec plaisir !!

Very nice and convenient stay!

The clean and fully-equipped house with its "French charme" is very well located both to spend time in Tours and to quickly reach all the amazing castles around, either by car or by train. The host Isabelle is very helpful, easily-reachable and warm-hearted! She assisted us well during our stay, giving us great local advice. Everything went very well. The practical key-box enabled us to arrive at any time. Overall I can fully recommend this accomodation!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette jolie maisonnette. L'organisation pour l'arrivée est au top et l'accueil était parfait. La propriétaire et sa maman sont charmantes et très aidantes. La maison est très bien située, des places de parking gratuites sont disponibles tous les jours juste devant la maison. Les pièces sont bien reparties et très propres. La décoration est chaleureuse et on s'y sent bien. Aucun bruit de jour, comme de nuit, ce qui nous a permis de bien nous reposer et à la fois de profiter de la maison, du joli jardin bien entretenu et de tous les sites à visiter, nombreux dans la région. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
