I rent my apartment of 32 m2 located in the heart of the capital in the beautiful district of the 13th arrondissement.
Characteristics:
- Located on the ground floor, well equipped common room in a warm decor, a room cocooning atmosphere of 11 m2 located in souplex with a small window
- A beautiful veranda with table and chairs for your lunches or dinners
Neighborhood both very quiet and friendly with bars and restaurants nearby.
Public transport (bus, metro): metro Campo Formio (line 5) at 200 m.
The shopping center of Place d'Italie located 10 minutes walk.
I put at your disposal:
- A fully equipped kitchen: hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker Nexpresso, kettle, toaster, pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery + salt and pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, ...), a lava laundry
- A walk-in shower with a hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, towels ...
Ideal apartment for a couple or a family of 4, business travelers, or group of friends
