We really enjoyed our recent stay at the loft. We were in town for a Nascar race at Bristol Motor Speedway and it was the perfect location. Very accessible to get to the track and so nice to walk around the historic downtown. Karen was a wonderful host and had so many extras available in the loft. It was nice not to have to think of every little thing, like garbage bags or dish soap, when packing. We would absolutely stay here again.
An incredible place centrally located on the bustling State Street in historic downtown Bristol. Beautifully decorated and remodeled loft in a building over 100 years old. The owners thought of everything! This will be our go to place if available when we come see our daughter at King.

Jeff, I’m so glad that you and Eva were able to spend your Honeymoon week at the loft during the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion. You guys were literally right in the middle of the festival! We hope to get to host you guys again next year! Talk soon, Karen
Karen was the best host! She has everything you would ever need, snacks, medicine, toiletries and more! My husband and I had the best time relaxing and playing Uno in this beautiful loft. We also enjoyed visiting the stores downstairs. We cannot wait to visit again!
This was the best VRBO we have stayed at! They anticipated all our needs and more! Ice cream store / fudge shop below was a plus too! Delicious hand scooped ice cream!

Doug, thanks for being a great customer. Thanks for choosing us when visiting the greater Bristol, VA/TN area. We hope to host you again in the future.
Jessica, we are so happy that the guys enjoyed their stay and that they were able to reconnect. I know they enjoyed all of the activities on State Street and the ease of walking around Downtown. Maybe they can make it an annual trip!
Amazing! The loft was beautiful, i love the original brick. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It really felt like home. I cant wait to go back.
This place looked even better in person than in pictures. Was just there for Valentine’s weekend and we had a great time. Food around was very good and the shops on State St were fun to walk around. We will be back again no question.
Great spot for us to stay while fishing. Love the adaptive reuse of the old building and leaving all the brick and rafters exposed makes for a really cool space. Will def stay again.
