Emplacement idéal , très belle vue mer
Idéalement placé , avec parking , face à la plage et près du centre tout en préservant un certain calme . Très belle terrasse mais équipement à renouveler (table et chaises , chaises longues) . Une plancha ou bbq serait un plus . L appartement propose un niveau de confort acceptable mais mérite un sérieux rafraichissement.
