Charming furnished apartment (40 sqm) on the second floor of a private two-storey building in quiet and sunny in the heart of the famous Mazarin district.

Ideally located close to Cours Mirabeau, the Granet Museum, the Four Dolphins Fountain, the Hotel de Caumont and the Saint Jean de Malte Church.

You will enjoy a living-dining room with cable TV (flat screen 65 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom (double bed 160 x 190), bright with dressing room and desk, located quiet overlooking a private garden.

The bathroom has a shower, basin, vanity unit, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
The toilet toilets are separated.

This seasonal rental is available all year.

-Children up to 2 years stay free of charge when using baby cot.

Only 3 studio apts in building I got stuck on 2nd floor 2 flights to walk up narrow spiral stairway Treacherous narrow 36 steps Wouldn’t recommend

Very comfortable apartment with excellent location

This clean, modern and fully equipped one-bedroom apartment is perfectly located a short walk from the Cours Mirabeau. The apartment is located on the second floor and overlooks a pedestrian street on the front and the bedroom overlooks a quiet garden in the back. We found it comfortable and well located for restaurants, boulangerie and supermarket.
