La résidence est située en bord de mer avec parking privé ce qui est vraiment appréciable. L'appartement est pratique et grand avec une terrasse appréciable. Seul problème, le précédent locataire nous a laissé ses poubelles, son linge sale et ses miettes... même si les propriétaires sont sympathiques et arrangeants c'est très dommage.
