The Résidence Les Hermines enjoys an exceptional location at the end of the Port-Maria promenade, on the seafront and in a quiet area. This spacious 96m² apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It comprises an entrance hall with a built-in wardrobe, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen adjoining the living/dining room which opens onto a large south-facing terrace with panoramic sea views, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, and two toilets. A private parking space is available in the basement. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. An electric vehicle charging station is available at the foot of the building.
*Cleaning: We require that the rubbish bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
**Hotel services per additional person: single bed linen (90cm) = €15, double bed linen (140cm) = €18, bath towel €5, bed made upon arrival €5 per bed, travel cot or high chair €15
