The open floor plan features a spacious living room with gas fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows, dining area with seating for 10 and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy dinner outdoors on the open top deck with gas grill or swing your cares away on the lower covered deck (both facing the water). Play ping pong or use one of the kayaks and paddle boards provided.

Professionally landscaped backyard with flagstone steps to private dock (with 2 available boat slips), grassy area and paved ramp to drop your boat!!
