About this property

The Ruff Life Beach House - Fort Morgan -Large Dog Friendly

The Ruff Life Beach House, built in 2017 is a 1932 square foot 3 bedroom/3 bathroom water front home, located on the south shore of Mobile bay in Fort Morgan. A covered deck, the entire width of the house, has breathtaking views of the bay. A partially covered deck faces the west, with views of the bay. Just a few steps to fishing off of a pier. Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike, with no worries of an undertow. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.

You can now rent adult or kid kayaks or canoe from us!

One flight to enter the house. This waterfront home has tile floor throughout. A well stocked kitchen opening to dining and living areas, all facing the bay and the covered porch. The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The house has a split floor plan with the King master on the South side of the house. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. The North side of the house has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). This room shares the hall bathroom.

This beautiful bay house is less than a mile to the marina and Tacky Jacks restaurant, and about a mile to the ferry and Ft Morgan, there is a full service Marina and Boat Launch at Ft Morgan on the bay side, convenient to the Pass and deep sea fishing. It is about 3 blocks to the Gulf Beach. ** Weekly Only in summer seasons, Saturday to Saturday****3 Night Min in Spring ** No Dog Size Restriction** Up to (3) dogs allowed with one nonrefundable $125 pet fee** $75 Property Fee is a non-refundable**

We designed and built this house in 2017. We recently relocated from southern Missouri to the Gulf Shores area. We absolutely love the Fort Morgan area! We are dog lovers! We travel with our large dogs and struggled to find a property that would allow dogs overs 25 lbs and more than one. We live about 45 minutes from this property.

Why they chose this property

The Ruff Life is located directly on Mobile Bay, we have a private beach, a shared pier for fishing. We have plenty of parking for vehicles, trailers, boats or kayaks. It is a short walk to the Gulf beaches. We are on a quiet dead end street. We are an extremely dog friendly property.
