IMMOLOC ARDECHE offers a two-bedroom house (T3) located in the Domaine du Rouret, Pierre et Vacances, Épicéas 19.
The resort is near the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park and the Ardèche Gorges. It features two water parks, numerous leisure and sports facilities, a mini-market, a restaurant, a coin-operated laundromat, and electric vehicle charging stations.
We invite you to discover this house, which sleeps six. The ground floor comprises a living area with a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a shower room, a toilet, and a terrace.

Vacances reposant au domaine du Rouret avec tout à portée de main.
Le domaine du Rouret est un lieu idéal pour se reposer et dispose de tout ce que l'on peut attendre sans avoir besoin d'utiliser la voiture (restaurant, bar, laverie, supérette...). Les 4 piscines sont très bien (hormis peut-être la piscine californienne qui a une température de l'eau assez élevée). Il y a régulièrement des animation (en journée à la piscine 140, et le soir à la piscine 350. Attention, si vous n'aimez pas les escaliers, optez pour une location au plus près de la place centrale du village. Les enfant n'ont que l'embarras du choix concernant les activités (16 et 17 ans). Nous avons séjourné au mois d'Août et la chaleur était bien présente. J'ai eu le nez fin en optant pour une des maisons dont la terrasse était orientée au nord-ouest : pas de soleil avant 14h30 et surtout magnifique coucher de soleil sur les montagnes ardéchoises. Concernant les piscines, nous avons préféré la 160 : malgré le fait qu'on y était au plus fort de la saison, nous n'avons jamais eu de mal à trouver des transats. Notre petit bémol : nous sommes passés par POPLIDAYS, et n'avons su qu'une semaine avant notre arrivée qu'il fallait qu'on retire les clés et qu'on rende les clés dans une agence immobilière située à 19 km du village. En fonction de l'horaire auquel vous avez besoin de vous y rendre c'est 20 à 40 minutes de voiture. Cela a été la mauvaise surprise post-réservation (ce qui explique l'absence de 5 étoiles). Autres petits griefs (mais c'est vraiment pour chipoter) :
* la place du village mériterait un meilleur revêtement, car les graviers sont inconfortables, poussiéreux et même dangereux (nous avons vécu en direct la chute d'un serveur du restaurant avoir son plateau de boissons),
* les prix de la supérette sont très
